This 5 bedroom water front house will take your breath away! The multiple living areas provide the perfect space for everyone in your family to enjoy a beach getaway. A perfectly appointed living room opens into a spacious dining area and gorgeous updated kitchen. The first floor has 1 bedroom, washer dryer, living room, family room, kitchen, half bath and large dining area. The second floor offers a master bedroom with en-suite, 3 guest rooms and a second full bath. There is a chair lift to access the second floor and an adjustable bed in the master bedroom. The amenities continue outside on the deck where you will find two seating areas and bulkhead for the water sport enthusiasts. A short walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants and so much more. Enjoy everything the Jersey shore has to offer at La Bella Vita!

This was our 2nd time staying at this great shore house and it was perfect again. The location cannot be better, quiet neighborhood 5 minute walk to beach. Relaxing area by the bay. Armond is a fantastic host, great communication and everything was clean and ready for our stay. The bathroom renovation upstairs was beautiful.

We used all amenities (kayaks, cornhole, crabbing) and it was very comfortable! Extra fridge was super handy.

We had a wonderful week staying at Armond's house in Mantoloking. The house was clean, fully stocked and comfortable; the neighborhood was in a lovely, quiet location, just a short walk to the beach. The wifi worked perfectly which was important because a few of us worked from home that week. Being on the canal was a lot of fun as we did some fishing and some crabbing. Armond even has a kayak you can use. We spent a lot of time on the back deck by the firepit. Armond was a very communicative, great host. Would definitely recommend.

Gem in Manaloking

My family and I had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect for our group. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware and having the outdoor shower was awesome! Armond and Nancy were easy to get in touch with. The location between the bay and ocean could not be beat! Very friendly neighbors and overall great experience. Hope to return!!

The kids had a blast!

3 short blocks to the beach on a lagoon. The kids had a blast spending time on the beach and in the yard on the water. Close to Point Pleasant and Lavalette and Seaside, plenty of shopping for the fam. House was clean, easy check in, no problems at all. Outdoor shower with heat worked great. The owner also had chairs bikes and kayaks. Awesome time for the entire family. Thanks for the stay!

Great House in beautiful Mantaloking neighborhood

This house has everything you need for a trip to the Jersey shore. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of beach towels, chairs, bikes, kayaks. Shed had games and fishing equipment, you can set a trap for crabs off back dock. Grill and black top for outdoor cooking . Outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing on the bay, you can hear the water at night when you are sitting outside. Easy walk to beach. Communication was A+++ with owner, could not have been nicer or easier to work with. Absolutely no issues for the whole time we were there.
