I had an amazing stay. The unit was in pristine condition, and was fully stocked with all of the appliances, cookware, dishes, bedding, and towels (to name a few things) needed. Parking was extremely convenient, and the area was safe and walkable. The building was also clean and quiet, as it is very clear the tenants care about the building. The hosts were so attentive, even taking extra care to leave light breakfast items in the refrigerator for my stay. I loved it so much that I rebooked for the following week. I will definitely book this unit with Cloud9 the next time I’m in Chicago.

Week stay in October

The flat was beautiful and modern with great views and very comfortable. The main drawback was how noisy the highway was right beneath you. They provide earplugs which helps but that gives you an idea of how noisy it is! We did get used to it after the first or second night but never opened the windows.
