Great location- close to all public transportation. Great bars and restaurants around this area and Whole Foods within walking distance. There is almost no insulation between apartments so be aware you can hear your neighbors talk and dog barking in mornings but is expected in city. Beds are comfortable and great communication from hosts.

Location in the heart of Fulton Market District during Design Days was perfect! Shops, restaurants, attractions all nearby an convenient. The condo was MASSIVE!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location, it clean, has everything you need. It is a very spacious, beds are comfortable. We stayed with a range of ages from infant, kids, teens, and adults.amd had a great time!

HAD A BLAST!!

The property was amazing and the location was perfect!! Extremely clean and when needed help after locking ourselves out the manager was just a phone call away!! It was a great place!!!

Great location. However, there are definitely some quality issues that need to be addressed for the price and the title of "Luxury Stay". Updated keypad/locking system on the apartment door is needed. We were locked out a few times due to the batteries. Other areas that need addressed: mattress pads dirty; toilet lid coming off in back bathroom; no cookie sheets/pans to use for the oven; trash under living room furniture; mattresses are not comfortable. The host was responsive with the lock out and broken fan.

Great loft in Fulton Market

The loft was spacious with great views of the Fulton market district. Plenty of room for a large group. The bar across the street was loud and bright well into the morning hours, the front bedroom was quite load but the back room with bunk beds heard very little noise

Excellent location in the Fulton market

This unit was great for a group of 5 (2 couples) we took the bedrooms. The bigger bedroom is great for groups with kids or younger folks or even big groups with single people. Overall great location and good vibe the unit has. The only con is the parking situation , this is a given for the side of town in Chicago it’s at. I recommended the google parking lot across the street by Emily hotel.

Coolest Place in the Heart of Fulton Market!

What a beautiful, cool, hip place in the central heart of Fulton Market. Directly over NEXT and The Aviary! So easy to check in, live, and get around the area. If you want to feel like you get a vacation where you feel like you are apart of the coolest neighborhood in Chicago, this is for you! Easily slept 8 of us. Walking distance to literally everything: restaurants, Whole Foods, takeout, bars, L. Great place! We will stay there again, I'm sure!

My family and I had a great time in this rental! The only suggestion I have is CLEAN the bathrooms a LOT better. Also, maintenance on bathroom... the towel rod came right off the wall. Otherwise, we had a GREAT time. Thank you

Great location, nice airy loft

Great location within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in the Fulton Market area and downtown Chicago. Lots of room in the unit with an open airy feel and cute, funky- modern decor. Beds in third bedroom (bunk style beds) are very squeaky, likely need screws tightened. Mattress in second bedroom not the greatest with a big sinkhole in the middle. Beyond that, great stay.

Great Chicago Location

Awesome location in Fulton Market near a lot of restaurants and bars. The space was large and can accommodate large families and groups of friends. Easy to access and parking garage near by. My friends LOVED it.

Perfect rental!

We absolutely loved this rental. It was a huge, open space. Lots of room to spread out. Very clean. Comfortable beds. It is in the perfect location - Fulton market had some amazing restaurants. So many fun places at a walkable distance! Also about a two mile walk to the river walk. We will definitely be renting again when we are back in the Fall. Our only wish for this rental is that there are more mirrors! We all had to get ready for professional work/seminars each day and that was challenging with only two small mirrors in the bathrooms, and one full length mirror in the back bedroom. Would have loved a full length mirror in each bedroom! Also, some command strip hooks on the bathroom doors would have been super helpful for hanging towels. Lastly, (this may be due to covid) but if you stay at this rental and are planning on cooking, just be sure to bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil etc etc etc.! There wasn’t any provided. Which honestly was totally fine for us - we ate out mostly! But just a heads up :)

Overall, the place was exactly as showed in the images. There was very thorough comminucation and instructions that made the stay go really smoothly. The location was also a plus. I would 100% recommend this property.
