Another great stay

Very nice stay. House provided us with plenty of room and distractions. This is our second stay at Hatcher and hopefully it will not be out last. All three generations had a great time. The VIP staff was very attentive and accommodating. Thank you for all you help. Looking forward to our next visit to Pagosa Springs. VIP is our go-to provider.

Love the game room. Set up a tournament and of course, the teenage boys won. Have I received my security refund?

Beautiful house, lots of space, quiet neighborhood

The house is beautiful, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and we loved watching the deer visit the salt licks just outside. Inside, the home was thoughtfully furnished, featuring comfortable lounge areas and a fun game room. The hot tub was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to unwind after an active day. We would definitely stay here again!

Dancing Bear

We have used VIP for stays in Pagosa for several years and you have never disappointed. This house was outstanding for the two families. Kids loved they tri level house where they could split and do their own things. We would have liked more towels is the only complaint. We only had eight, but we didn't want to complain so we just made due.

Stay was great… but…

No where in the property description did it tell you the unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The Great Escape from the Texas heat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful home. Very open and lots of great lighting. The deck and patio areas were ideal. Plenty of space for kids, grandkids and extended family. Multiple living spaces for coming together as a group or room when space is needed. Quality furnishings and plenty of "toys". The yard was great for kids and grandkids. Wildlife viewing and star gazing opportunities abound. It is a destination to which we will return. And, we have been to Pagosa and other residences several times. Lori with VIP was great and available when needed

Dancing Bear Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable experience at Dancing Bear in Pagosa Springs. The home was exceptional in all that it offered. We prepared many meals and had all the right cooking materials as well as dishes. There was a minor issue with the heating/cooling system but it was taken care of immediately. I texted our manager, Lori, for a couple of items and she responded quickly to all of our needs. Perhaps updating the notice on the hot tub or putting up a sign about it's scheduled cleaning would be something I would suggest. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Enjoyed the area very much! We will consider returning!

Dancing Bear Resort or Hatcher 1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving Holiday. The facilities were great and clean overall. Maybe more attention to dusting. One other thing is that there could be an extra towel in bathrooms. One towel for five days is not adequate. You shouldn't have to call for extra towels. All appliances worked great. Beautiful property.
