Beautiful 3 BR 3 Bath, 1500 sq condo near most of the parks in Orlando
We have our approx 1500 sq ft condo at Embassy Grand Beach/Diamond Resorts in Orlando, Florida, available . We have a fixed, floating week, so as long as the week you are requesting has availability, we will rent it. We have two available weeks to rent out right now..... The condo has two master suites with ensuite bathrooms, and a third bedroom with it's own bath across the hall. Will sleep up to 8. Located minutes from Disney, Universal Studios, and on Lake Bryan (which offers water sports if interested).. Property has two outside pools, putt putt, tennis and basketball courts.

About the host

We have owned this timeshare for approximately 23 years and have enjoyed it immensely. We are older and taking care of elderly parents now, so we were not able to go last year and that week has been banked, and this year's week is available, also. We have a deeded week; however, it is floating as long as availability is there the particular week you are looking to go.. It rents Friday to Friday, or Saturday to Saturday. Just let us know the week you are looking to rent, and I'll check availability and will book the week for you. Thank you, the Setzers, Kim and Chris.

The unit is large.. Over 1500 sq feet with two master suites and ensuites. The condos are impeccably kept up.
