Completely Updated Sparkling Town Home in Vista Cay, Must See!

Totally renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom town home located in one of Orlando's newest luxury resorts, Vista Cay! This vacation home is conveniently located next to all of Orlando's major attractions. Disney, Universal, Sea world, Wet n Wild and fabulous International Drive are all within minutes away. For the business executive or the avid golfer, the Orange County Convention Center and Shingle Creek Golf Course are both located less than a 1/4 mile from Vista Cay!

Our town home has been professionally decorated including upgrades in furniture, lighting, window treatments and the media package. The living area features a 50' LCD TV with DVD. Each bedroom has a 19' flat screen TV with cable.

Our home can comfortably sleep 8 with a master KING suite, a second KING suite, and a full suite. For extra convenience, there is a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry closet with a washer/dryer, iron/ ironing board, and a garage. Free high speed internet access and HBO are provided.

Vista Cay resort is an upscale gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a movie theater, resort style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, hot-tub, children's pool and a basketball court all with a beautiful view of Lake Cay. Additional amenities include a video arcade, pool tables, fitness center, and an internet library. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.

Our stay was great, the house was perfect for our group and was extremely clean and well kept. The thermostat was locked, however the host was able to adjust it for us after we called him for assistance. Host was very responsive and flexible. Would stay again!

The town house was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable. Anthony, the host, was extremely accommodating. The other highlight of our stay was the immaculate pool and relaxing lounge areas.Our only disappointment was that our stay was too short.

We stayed here for a conference and it was perfect! Everyone had their own private bathroom and we still had a half bath for any guests! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen came with everything you could need! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for the parks!

We were very happy with our stay at this property! The location was great for getting to and from the parks, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the amenities (pool) were great for fun at the house as well! We would definitely stay here again in the future!
