We absolutely loved our stay at this house!! The ocean views are wonderful and the beach only steps away!! The area is quiet and we felt like we had our own private beach!! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of space for us seven adults and two small dogs. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus.Merry and the owner checked on us several times to make sure everything was good and to suggest places eat and things to do in the area. Any issues we had, which were minor, were taken care of quickly. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again!!

Beautiful home and property. Both the property manager and the owner corresponded with us quickly and checked in while we were there to be sure all was going well. Our family loved the home, pool, ocean and beautiful beach. The sea turtles nesting at night in the sand was an added plus!

We have been renting beachfront houses 14 out of the last 15 years. We had 5 adults and 4 teenagers. This house is the absolute best by far. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. This year we had a first…the owner actually called and wanted to know if everything was ok. If we needed anything, he said to call him direct. The view was as beautiful as the house. The house is only 20 steps down the boardwalk from the beach. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. I can’t say enough about this house. We will definitely be back.

This home is in the perfect location! Close to restaurants, groceries, the inlet, etc. its location directly on the beach is ideal. Besides a couple other rentals a few houses away, you have your very own private beach! It’s also extremely well equipped. 2 washers and dryers, every pot pan, cooking utensils needed for preparing meals in, loads of beach equipment, even plenty of things for little ones like toys and pack and plays. There are 5 full bedrooms and bathrooms, which make this great for large families or groups, and it’s quite comfortable. It’s rather unusual to find a beachfront property in this area with a pool. It’s such a nice break from the salt water, especially for younger children who may not love the waves. The owner and property manager are very responsive and helpful with any needs. The only slight criticism I would have is that it could use a good deep cleaning (property manager was going to talk with the cleaning crew). If you’re on the fence, book this one. You’ll have a great vacation!

Family Vacation

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. Views of the beach were wonderful as well as the relaxing atmosphere. We were even able to watch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center at night.

Amazing views!!

This is a great rental. Perfect location right on the beach. Amazing views from many rooms. Very well stocked home with plenty of room for a big group. Would definitely go back!

Family Fun

The only thing that would have made our trip more fun was a larger common area. We had a wonderful 50th anniversary with our kids and grandchildren. The beach was so private and fun with turtles and dolphins!

Fabulous location

This is a great property for a family vacation…. Came with 5 couples and each had comfortable beds with en-suite baths. The above ground pool was large enough all of us… just steps down to the gorgeous beach. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc The property manager was available when we needed her. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful House & Location

We vacationed here with family. The location is awesome, incredible views, blue water, isolated beaches, and the pool and hot tub are icing on the cake. The house had plenty of room, including outside decks to enjoy the view. House was clean and had everything we needed. Merry was a pleasure to work with. We traveled twice to Disney, about a ninety-minute ride but easy driving. Highly recommend staying here
