Welcome to your own personal mini Magic Kingdom in the gated resort community of ChampionsGate!
Magic Lands Manor is an amazing vacation rental themed after the different magical lands at your favorite theme park! You will be wowed by the incredible detail that went into each themed space.
*ARCADE- AMAZING state-of-the art TOMORROWLAND themed arcade- features a custom built arcade deck with golden tee, and 2 multi-arcade setups with THOUSANDS of retro games on each. 2 Xbox racing simulators, Nintendo switch connected to a HUGE projector screen, and a virtual reality Oculus! There's something fun for every age! Enjoy the past, present, and future of gaming!
There are 2 first floor master bedrooms
*BEDROOM 1- is on the 1st floor just to the left when you walk in the front door. It has a king bed, tv, and full bathroom with a toilet, double sink, and walk-in shower.
*BEDROOM 2- is on the 1st floor. It has a king bed, tv, and 2 pack 'n plays. Inside the walk-in closet you will find the 2nd pack 'n play, space saver high chair, double stroller, & a baby papasan bouncer. The full bathroom has double sinks, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a private toilet with a door that exits to the lanai so guests don’t have to walk through the house to use the bathroom when outside using the pool and patio.
-UPSTAIRS-
*BEDROOM 3- Liberty Square HAUNTED MANSION bedroom- Don't worry, I promise the 3 hitchhiking ghosts wont follow you home! This bedroom has a queen bed, tv, walk-in closet, and a full jack & jill style bathroom with double sinks, and a separate closed off toilet and walk in shower so guests can get ready at the mirror and sink, while others can shower and use the toilet privately. This bathroom connects to bedroom 8.
*MAIN STREET CINEMA THEATER enjoy the feature presentation with a smart tv & 7 recliners.
* BEDROOM 4- FRONTIERLAND SALOON- 3 twin beds. Mosey on in, and lay by the wood burning stove (don't worry, it's fake) to watch a movie, or stare out the saloon windows at the beautiful canyon view mural. Attached jack & jill style bathroom (connects to bedroom 6) with double sinks, walk-in shower, and toilet.
*BEDROOM 5- ADVENTURELAND-ENCHANTED TIKI BEDROOM features an amazing round queen bed that resembles Jose's perch, but this perch has a tv mounted inside. Don't worry, these birds wont keep you up with their singing! Connecting jack and jill bathroom with double sink, walk in shower and toilet connects to bedroom 5. Take the Adventureland passageway to the next bedroom…
*BEDROOM 6-ADVENTURELAND- PIRATES BEDROOM has a tv, and 3 twin beds. Be the captain and sleep in the pirate ship, or one of the boat bunks.
*BEDROOM 7- FANTASYLAND CINDERELLA'S CASTLE AND CARRIAGE. The castle features 4 twin beds, a slide, and a tv. Who hasn't dreamed of sleeping in a castle?! Now you can, but if you prefer a carriage we have that too! Just got outside the castle bedroom is a full bathroom with single sink, toilet and bathtub/shower combo.
*BEDROOM 8- LIBERTY SQUARE AMERICANA has a queen bed, tv and beautiful American pride theming. This bedroom shares the full jack & jill bathroom with the haunted mansion bedroom.
* All of the bedrooms that have king or queen size beds have alarm clocks with 42 noise machine sounds, and 2 charging ports.
*MAGIC LANDS MANOR has an open concept main living area with a kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking essentials.
* Another living space upstairs with a loveseat and tv with roku.
*OUTSIDE you'll find a relaxing oasis with a SOUTH FACING pool and hot tub- (heating is an additional $25/day), lounge chairs, and outdoor dining set.
* For your convenience we will supply you with a *limited* supply of body wash, shampoo+conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap & 1 sponge, garbage bags, laundry pods, 2 rolls of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
*We are located in the gated resort community of The Retreat at ChampionsGate where you will have free access to the Oasis clubhouse and their fitness center, splash pad, lazy river with water slide, huge pool, volleyball courts, tennis courts and many more amenities. There's also a restaurant in the clubhouse, and a tiki bar outside. ****The 2nd water park- The Retreat Club is NOW OPEN**** with 2 water slides, pool, large splash zone with 3 water slides for the littles. There’s also bar, and food. ChampionsGate also has 2 beautiful 18 hole Greg Norman designed golf courses. You don't have to go far for anything, there are many restaurants and stores within ChampionsGate. Easy access to I4 -the main highway to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World etc. Only a short drive to the theme parks!
*NO PETS-this includes emotional support animals-Pets, including emotional support animals are not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the patios. This policy is firm and not negotiable. A service animal is defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is provide comfort or emotional support do NOT qualify as service animals under the ADA. A service animal must be under the control of it's handler at all times therefore NEVER left alone. Under the ADA service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless the individual's disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal's safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.

*Recreational vehicles are not allowed in the community and will not be allowed through the gate- this includes rv's, slingshots, 4-wheelers, dirtbikes etc. No trailers, no busses etc. * 6 vehicle limit per house in ChampionsGate
