Hi Steven, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take our guests’ concerns seriously, and when the issues were brought to our attention on the day of your arrival, we immediately took steps to address them. We sent our cleaning team to the property that same day and provided replacement mattress protectors that same day as well. We also worked to address the maintenance concerns reported during your stay and arranged for repairs as quickly as possible. We understand that having these issues during your stay was frustrating, and we sincerely regret that the property did not provide the experience you expected. In an effort to acknowledge the inconveniences you experienced, we also offered a goodwill refund. While we understand that this did not change your overall experience, we did make every effort to respond to the concerns brought to our attention and find reasonable solutions during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and have taken it seriously. We are reviewing our cleaning, maintenance, and property inspection procedures to help ensure that these issues are addressed before future guests arrive. We’re committed to continually improving both the property and the experience we provide.
