Delightful Lake View Cabin in Alton Bay Now featuring Lake Access, AC/ TV/ WiFi

This cabin features AC, TV, Wi-Fi, a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom with king size bed, and a sofa bed.

This cabin's beautiful screened in front porch with table, over look a gorgeous lake view.

You can see the lake access from your cabin just a short walk past the arcade, towards the steps and you will see our Lake Access sign, This access has a sandy bottom. If you are wanting a more traditional sandy beach we are within walking distance to the Alton Town Beach


During your stay enjoy our several charcoal/gas grills, outdoor tables, fire pits and tables, on-site arcade, yard games including corn hole, and connect four while taking in the wonderful lake views. We have a 24 hour Coffee Bar on site, next to our showers for you to enjoy free of charge.



We provide kayaks and bicycles for our guests on a first come first serve basis for your use during your stay, please return them when they are not in use for other guests to enjoy.


We are within walking distance to most of Alton Bay attractions including the town beach (sandy beach) restaurants, ice cream, and the marina.

This cabin is perfect for vacations, & enjoying the all the lakes region has to offer, rent multiple cabins for the perfect group getaway.


We do allow pets, but please review our pet policy to ensure our cabins are the right fit.


Pet Policy: We must be notified in advance that you will be bringing a pet(s), and weight of your pet(s).

-Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.

-All guests will be charged a one-time flat fee of $40.00 per pet per day or a flat $200 fee for weekly stays.

-Guest agrees to clean up animal waste of the pet(s) and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or actions arising from or caused by pet(s).

-All pets must be in crates if left unattended, and cannot cause any disturbance, to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced .

-Pet(s) cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours. They cannot be tied up outside unattended, and must be on a leash when outside.

This cabin is perfect for vacations, & enjoying all the lakes region has to offer, rent multiple cabins for the perfect group getaway.

Perfect for family of four or a getaway for two!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the cabin was in great condition had everything we needed and the grounds were awesome my kids 5 and 7 had a blast with the arcade and all the outdoor activities and our favorite part was steps to the water and complimentary kayaks we enjoyed for the day! We can’t wait to plan another trip!!

The cabin was clean when we arrived and only thing was I would suggest adding a trash barrel in the kitchen. We would stay at a Vacanza location again but did not care for the cabin being right on main highway. Other than that everything was great. Thank you

Adorable cabin right across from the lake!

The cabin had everything you could need for a perfect trip to the lake. There are even kayaks and bikes available to be able to experience and explore the surrounding area. We traveled with our boat as well and there is a lovely marina right down the road in West Alton that offered day by day parking and boat ramp usage if you wanted to avoid the wait at the public dock (which is within walking distance to the property). The grounds are very well maintained with an adorable arcade for the kids, multiple fire pits and grills available for use as well as a little coffee bar! Multiple separate cabins available if you have a larger group and wish to stay together (without staying together). We were very comfortable during our stay here and really enjoyed all the property has to offer!

Cute little cabin

This was a brief getaway, so the little cabin met our needs perfectly. Best parts: the bed was really comfy, the location was great, cabin was appointed well enough for a short stay (we didn’t eat in so can’t comment on the kitchen amenities). The not-so-great: WI-FI was inconsistent. Our devices couldn’t maintain the connection and the shower is made for small people. My 6’2” husband had to squat down to get under the water, hitting his knees on the opposing wall in the process. The small shower head and lack of water pressure was like showering under a watering can. In short, we wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower size/height, but for shorter people, it’s a little gem.
