This property is convenient to shopping and parks. Has a great backyard for dogs. Great view of Pike's Peak from the street. The house has everything you need and is move in ready. We have stayed at this property three times and will do so again if available.

Liked: Location
Place was in a good location to the park. Not worth the price compared to the cleanliness, (pretzels underneath the stairs a lot of them we couldn’t get to, to clean up ourselves as we worried about ants, multiple active hornet or wasps nests. We had to cut down. And the back yard was severely overgrown, and what seemed to be mold in the window seal in the shower.) the second bed in the basement is not for an adult to sleep in so be cautious on that if you want two real beds. It was a last minute decision. Which is why we settled!
