Its a nice old house. Looks clean, but there are some shelves that were super dusty. Street parking was ok. Tiny upstairs bathroom with noisy exhaust. Overall stay was ok.
It was an awesome visit with family and we enjoyed the house.

Laundry room had piles of either dirty or unfolded laundry. Bathrooms not too clean in corners/behind toilet was awful. Had to walk up to houses to find numbers. House itself it pretty cute but needs some cleaningFor sure.
Overall we enjoyed this stay. The location was great and the space worked very well for our family of 5. We fit comfortably, enjoyed game time, watched movies, and each person had their own space to sleep. Having 2 bathrooms was great, too! The house had a bad odor while we were staying signaling a possible plumbing problem. We were grateful for the air fresheners all around the house- sprays and plug-ins. It also seemed like some items were not stocked, such as dishwasher detergent. We stayed for 2 nights, and it worked for us for that time frame, but may have not enjoyed it if we were there longer.
This place was fine for what we needed. It was a good distance (driving) from any of the things we wanted to do (10 minutes or less to restaurant areas, 15 to Garden of the gods) but wasn't in a walkable area. Space had what you needed but not updated at all (this is clear from the pictures so i knew what we were getting. )

We loved this property and were very comfortable during our stay. We were a little worried when we pulled up but the apartment in the back was clean and neat - and had all the amenities we needed, including a washer/dryer. Highly recommend.
We stayed here for my daughters graduation and chose it because we needed three bedrooms and we wanted to be close to her house and CC. It was an inexpensive stay for three bedrooms which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The furniture in the upstairs bedrooms is very barebones and the beds were not very comfortable. That being said I realize that this was a very affordable option for our family. I would suggest new pillows at the very least. We did have a good stay, the house was quiet and mostly comfortable.
Driving up to the property, it looked abandoned. As in the property needed a good clean up. Dead weeds everywhere. The gate/fence needed repaired and painted. Chairs on the front porch were full of holes and looked like they wouldn’t hold any weight. Entering the house was easy as the lock was easy to use and the historic door was drool worthy. Heating didn’t really work but the host was quick to respond to help us stay warm the second night. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom needed some tlc as there’s holes in the walls and layers of thick dust on the baseboards. Each bathroom needs new toilet seats as they looked like they went through world war 2. The beds ABSOLUTELY need changing out as they were cheap and flimsy. Every single review on this house states that the beds need updating and I 10000% agree. The twin bed bedroom had boogers stuck to the wall, But the queen bedroom was comfy cozy. Bedding was great as well as the pillow selection. Lightbulbs around the house were burnt out but that’s not a huge deal breaker in my book. I wish I had gotten pictures but we were in a rush to move my parents out of their house the day of check out. All in all- If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay and you’re not staying for long, this is an ok place. Otherwise, spend the extra hundred and get a different place
We wanted to be near our family and this home was lovely. The old craftsman features (wood trim, clawfoot tub) were beautiful but we enjoyed the updated kitchen. The dining room table was nice to be able to sit and eat at.
Right by downtown strip on Tejon and easy walking access to shops & restaurants. Communication w the property owner was easy and checkin straightforward. Some assortment of board games, childrens games & books were available which was great (we always forget to pack those). The property could use some upgrades for comfort, primarily better mattresses on the beds and larger/heavier curtains to block street lights & sounds.
