Welcome to your cozy home away from home in Nashville's quiet Inglewood neighborhood on the East Side! During your stay you can relax in your private basement suite with private entrance, fenced outdoor space, full bathroom, kitchenette, full-size (not queen or king) bed, and sleeper sofa.

Walk to parks (one just across the street!) or drive to downtown Nashville, Opryland, Five Points, Shelby Bottoms/Shelby Park, Germantown in 10-15 minutes. We're conveniently located to venues like Ascend, Bridgestone, Grand Old Opry & Nissan Stadium.

This studio suite has an open living and sleeping area, along with a private bathroom, and a fully appointed kitchenette with single serve coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and microwave.

Great little place to stay!

We are two friends that were passing through Nashville and staying a couple of nights. This accommodation suited us perfectly. Elizabeth had the sofa bed made for my friend and there were lots of extras like coffee, snacks and toiletries. We ubered to downtown and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Whether we are reading books, going to live shows, or eating one of the many unique restaurants Nashville has to offer, we are always enjoying living in Music City and are excited to welcome you to The Basement Studio of our home.

Why they chose this property

We live in the home upstairs while renting The Basement Suite. We always give guests their privacy but live on the property if you need us or have questions.

Since we live upstairs you may hear us walking around. (Note that on week days we will be up and getting ready for school early.)

What makes this property unique

The Basement Suite is conveniently located on the east side of Nashville and is a short drive to downtown, Opryland area, and less than 2 miles from the interstate access for convenience to all areas of town without the high price of downtown rentals!
