Cute basement apartment. Hosts are great and responsive. Just remember, it's a basement so you hear the people above. Still a great quiet part of Nashville to stay and then go see the sites.

We needed a place close to the Gaylord and this lil space was just right! Nice neighborhood and very responsive host. Elizabeth was very helpful with quick answers! Thanks for the small breakfast option to tied us until we went to Madtown Coffee. Highly recommend this spot! We would stay here again.

weekend getaway

We stayed here for a weekend concert. Very cozy and nice neighborhood. Perfect place for a quick uber ride to downtown. Off the street parking too which I appreciate. We will definitely book again when we come back!!

We had such a great stay at the basement studio. Elizabeth was a great and attentive host and we loved having the basket of snacks and plenty of coffee and tea available. Very clean too. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! Quiet neighborhood and felt safe the entire time!My daughters and I are already planning our next trip and will stay here again! Have also already stated that this will be our selection of places to stay for our annual trip!Our host was informative, friendly, communicative, and just all around a great host!
