Gasoline containers or any flammables are not to be stored on docks, house decks, inside home or anywhere on premises, do NOT bring!!! $500 fine

Great house in a great location

Great space and great communication from the manager. Loved it so much we want to book again for Labor Day! Everything supplied you could need. Great instructions given for check in and out.

Why they chose this property

This cute cottage home is very accommodating for a family or couples. We also have another home in the vicinity close by land and water so for a larger group you could rent both and be close to each other. Very close Captain Ron's, Pappa Chubby, Branding Iron and many other restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Comes with a 10x28 boat slip that includes a lift so if you have that boat you would like to keep up on a lift then this is it as most rental properties do not offer the boat slips with a lift. Important to give the size and make of your boat to confirm the lift will work for your boat.
