Beautiful area in the pines. Very comfortable home. We just wished the pool was closer and included in the price.

The Rocky Point condo was as advertised and so much more. The location was beautiful and peaceful - and was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was clean and updated and there were plenty of places to lounge around and relax. We definitely plan to come back again soon. Love this place!

Baseball Tournament Stay

Great location and fabulous layout for our family of 4. We had an issue with carpenter ants in the unit when we arrived, but the property manager resolved the issue.

overall stay is good but location of pool/playroom misleading

We like the property over all, but in the listing, the impression is the pool and playroom are onsite, it turns out it is access to pools that are in a location 5-10 drives away, not walkable.

Future guests should note that the mast majority of homes in this neighborhood include access to Northstar HOA which is located at the Village at Northstar. This condo is approximately 1.2 miles from the facilities. It also includes free door to door shuttle service at no charge.
