This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor condo is located in The Essex of Marco Island, less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is a full kitchen and dining area along with a beautifully decorated living area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a master bath. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms and the living room has flat screen TV's. All sheets, towels, and appliances including a washer & dryer are included. There is a screened in lanai with a table & chairs- great for morning coffee or evening drinks. Our unit includes use of the pool & tennis courts. Enjoy Southwest Florida's Gulf of Mexico and our beautiful white sand beaches. Close to shopping, dining, fishing and golf. Check-in after 3:00pm - Check-out by 10:00am

We had a great time staying at the condo. Walking distance to the beach and very quiet. The beach gear was a nice touch since we had small kids with us. Would stay again!

Great Location!

Great apartment for a family beach stay! The location is perfect if you want to be somewhere a bit quieter. Host was great at communicating. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying in the future again.

It’s a cute little place right near the beach. Has everything you need. The only thing is the mattresses seem brand new, which a good thing, but they are extremely firm.

Fun in the sun

We brought our 10 year old granddaughter to Marco for a special trip. The condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of space, everything we needed for meal preparation, and we were so close to the beach. The pool was fabulous, too. We really enjoyed our stay!

One of the best places ive stayed

The place was immaculate, the host was great, she helped me out with the couple of check in hiccups that were my fault lol. Amazing place to stay to get away and just spen a dew days relaxing at the pool or beach. I wish i could leave more stars. Highly recommend. And the sea turtles were nesting when we were there.

Enjoyed our getaway the condo was very clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with pots, pans ,dishware and silverware . Property was well maintained , quiet and extra beach equipment was a nice touch although we bought everything we needed . Next time will definitely pack less.

We are a family of 5 this weekend. The condo is extremely spacious and walking distance to the beach. The storage closet has everything you need to enjoy the beach including cooler, umbrella, chairs, noodles, masks and snorkels, and fishing rods. Will definitely book again.
