Christmas Visit for Family

Lots of room, very large kitchen and island. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of amenities. Host included pack n' play and high chair for my 1 year old daughter, very helpful. Nespresso was a nice touch.

Beautiful and convenient

This apartment was very spacious and well maintained. It looked like it was newly remodeled and the decor was nice and clean. It was also in a convenient area and was within walking distance to the downtown area. The host was pretty accessible the day of check in. Thank you.

Wonderful unit, wonderful location

We found both the neighborhood itself and the apartment to be even better than we anticipated. The photos don't really do it justice. This was probably the nicest rental we've booked in the last several years. My wife has a lot of environmental sensitivities - to smells, mold, certain types of cleaning products, noises, etc. - so booking rental units is always a crapshoot for us, and there have been cases where we had to leave a unit before the booking was complete. But we had zero environmental issues with this unit. So if you're in that same boat as us, you should be able to book with confidence! There was a little bit of traffic noise from the nearby interstate, but it's only noticeable when you are on the balcony. Which we fully recommend, by the way, ending our evenings by sitting on the balcony looking at the Indy skyline was a highlight for us. The kitchen was amazing too, we didn't cook anything on our trip, but this would be a great rental if you are planning to make meals. We were in town for a 3-day event in Fountain Square, which was about a 12 minute walk from the apartment, but it was a very pleasant walk past numerous shops and restraurants, so we enjoyed it. We aren't usually spooked by this sort of thing, but nevertheless walking back through the neighborhood late at night still felt safe. I only have nice things to say, we're already hoping to book the same unit if we come back for the same event next year.

Very comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the small patio and huge tv in living room. What a great touch to have a wine selection for purchase. We didn’t need it but appreciated the gesture. Restaurants in walking distance, parking no issue. Would stay here again.

Extremely comfortable, clean and roomy 2nd FL apt in a quite neighborhood! There are a few restaurants and bars about block away.The host Jake was accomdating, responsive and professional!I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Indianapolis! Great experience!

Parliament Funkadelic Trip

Great stay, was able to work on vacation. Great coffee shop at the end of the block ( walking distance ) Jake was a great host need a HDMI cord for PlayStation. The apartment is extremely huge and great space.

Great condo

3 night stay with my daughter and another mom/daughter for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The place was clean, updated, decorated so nicely and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, Nespresso machine is great, plenty of basic kitchen supplies… we were at the tournament most of our stay but the neighborhood looked cute and had lots of dining options nearby. Loved the Venmo wine option even though we didn’t partake it’s a brilliant idea.

This property is fantastic. Had everything we needed and then some. Neighborhood was fantastic and walkable to Lucas Oil Stadium, downtown, several breweries and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Owner had excellent communication and super helpful.
