We loved our stay. The coffee maker needed cleaned and the dishwasher and washing machine were really loud but would stay there again.

Cute, Clean, Convenient
The place was perfect for a small group. Even had bunk beds, a few toys, and a small yard for the little ones.I was dissapointed to find out the day of travel, that it was NOT a whole house rental, but in fact a duplex with the upper unit being the vrbo, and the lower unit occupied by a resident.
The house was great and remodeled well. However, the renter in the downstairs unit B was screaming at a family member of hers at 1:00am, then again at 7:30 in the morning. Loud enough to hear every word, especially the profanity. We will not stay here again.
Beautiful home and convenient location. Many amenities and the host quickly responded to our questions. We have a great stay!

The location was great for our visit. Close to lots of restaurants and a shopping center. It was also very well stocked with everything we could have needed. The only disappointing thing was the cleanliness and upkeep of the house. Lots of dog hair everywhere and the tub/bathroom could have been cleaned better. Some of the doors were hard to open/close.
We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was perfectly located and so comfortable and easy to get to. Description is exactly as described, very clean, easy to get to and centrally located. Neighbors are very friendly and kids loved having numerous parks they could walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We hope to host you again!
We stayed here while our son was at a Gonzaga basketball tournament. It was a great location, park close by for our dog to run, 10 min to college to watch games, lots of food options, good parking. The house is well stocked, very clean, everything you need is there for a great stay.

Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay!
The location was very central, the bathroom/kitchen is well stocked, very clean. We had 6 people and the living room was a perfect space to all hang out together. Thanks!!
We needed to bring Christmas to Spokane because our adult son works in the service industry & couldn’t get off work. The house was so sweet & perfect for us. The little holiday touches were amazing. The hosts made everything so easy. We would stay here again!
This was a perfect getaway for me and my boyfriend. The amenities were above and beyond. I like to cook and you have just about everything you could need. Tvs in every room were nice as well. Very cozy and easy to access. Definitely would recommend.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you enjoyed our house, and we hope to host you again!
Very comfortable home for our family of two humans and two fur babies. Also was perfect size to host Christmas dinner for 7 as it offers full kitchen with open concept to the living area and unique seating that allows for comfortable dining. Space was very clean and the host responded swiftly when we reached out.

Thank you for being excellent guests! We hope to host you again soon!
This place is in kind of a weird neighborhood (really close to a major road, by a muffler shop and some kind of shady neighbors). But it's was really close to everything we were visiting on our stay. The owners were great at communicating and responding to our questions and needs that arose. There was a high chair and kid's dishes, and the kids were stoked to find the baskets of toys, books, and games. They also looked running around the yard and looking at the pretty white rocks out there.

We loved everything about our stay EXCEPT the A/C. They left instructions on how to use it but it was SO hot in the hot. We had to go purchase fans to help just the slightest. If the A/C worked properly, we would give them a 5 star and come again.

The house was recently remodeled and was clean throughout. We were provided extra supplies even toothbrushes. The front yard is fenced for your dog duties, with doggy bags provided. We felt comfortable and provided for. As for suggestions to improve. The yard was unkept somewhat. The middle cushion on the couch sinks so much lower than others. I avoided it, but it was just the two of us, which made it easier.
The place overall was fantastic. I agree with some of the other comments about the location being sketchy, but it was just looks. The property was very clean and welcoming. The welcome binder provided great information, and most importantly, it was close to Gonzaga (about an 8 minute drive). The property provided a lot of amenities such as toiletries in case you forgot something and k cups, which was key! I recommend the host get an ironing board, but at least they had an iron. Also, the master bed box spring NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP! The mattress was comfortable, but the box spring was so noisy that every time you move, it squeaks so loud! Overall, a 5-Star place, and my family and I would stay here again.

Has its pros and cons
I really want to give this rental a higher rating, because the inside of the house was what we needed but there were a lot of pros and cons of it as a whole. Pros:-it was in a location that allowed you to get to tons of different places in Spokane in 15-20 minutes of less. Even Coeur D’Alene was only 30 minutes away which was great. -the house was well stocked with everything you needed -the INSIDE of the house was very clean-had a washer and dryer which was nice as we were on a roadtrip -it was kid friendly in that it had games, books, a stroller, etc. -comfortable beds (quite a few in a smaller space too!)-the owner did respond quickly when we messaged themCons: -the outside of the house was an absolute wreck. The yard was unmowed, there was trash everywhere in the yard, and there so much dog poop that my toddler could not go out and play. -the tenants below have dogs that are quiet during the day but come 8pm until an ungodly hour don’t stop barking (then the owners are constantly yelling at them which is not helpful) -the neighborhood kids were troublesome, they put Elmer’s glue all over the front door (which I didn’t love cleaning up on vacation) and were chasing each other around our rental car with shovels (not beach shovels- full size with metal ends). -the dishwasher did not work. The owner did get a repairman out same day, unfortunately he was not able to fix it and then there was no resolution for us and we never heard from the owner again.
