Awesome townhouse/condo In beautiful area!

We had a few families mixed together to stay for our summer trip up north. We had an awesome stay here and there was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The ping pong table was a fun addition! We look forward to coming back in the winter and walking across the street to ski at Bretton Woods! Thanks for a great stay.

Great for skiing!

We stayed at this property with 4 adults and 5 children. This house is a short walk to the Bretton Woods learning slope. It is easy to access, including to go back to the house for lunch. The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern, and the entire house is very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Bretton Woods with Grandchildren

This is a wonderful condo! It’s a short walk to the learning slope that leads to the base lodge and lifts. Our grandchildren enjoyed the lower level of the condo with the ping pong table and space for them to play. Highly recommend.

The HOA mandates just 2 parking spaces per unit to ensure that each unit has access to convenient parking outside the building without overcrowding. We understand that this can be challenging if guests have more than 2 vehicles. The 2 car maximum is listed on our website for each of the homes that fall under this guidance, and additional parking is available at no cost at a parking lot adjacent to the dumpster facilities. If we have the pleasure of hosting you again for a future stay, please notify us if you need assistance with trash removal, and we would be happy to send someone by after your departure to take care of the trash. Pictures are misleading

Property is in a great spot, but dated. Pictures make the living space and kitchen look much bigger than they are. Was surprised to find that the kitchen is really a galley kitchen which can only have two adults it it at the same time...and even then, they are bumping in to each other. The condo itself is in a low-lying area relative to the other units and is dark inside. Deck is small with dense foliage surrounding it and gets very little sun. Plenty of room for people to sleep, but the the living space makes it feel cramped. It was very clean and property management was super-responsive prior to check in and answered every question I had in a very timely manner.
