2 Lake Houses w/ Twice the Fun on Lake Dunlap

Enjoy the serenity and beauty of the Guadalupe River while enjoying kayaks, paddle boards, tubes & fishing at this newly updated and decorated lake house waterfront on Lake Dunlap. Simply walk out onto your own private beachfront and enjoy! you'll enjoy not one but two Houses, perfect for multi-groups. Great for families or friends' retreats for anyone or a much-needed quiet relaxing time.

The Space:
The property consists of two separate units connected by decks and covered awnings.

Lakeside Haven
The first is a beautiful Two Bed; Two Bath house with kitchen, dining & large living area featuring an awesome spacious deck with dining space and grill area. Each bedroom has two queen beds and a full bath. In the large living room is a nice queen sized fold out couch along with a futon bed. Enjoy the nice kitchen with a coffee nook and beautiful wooden oversized dining table. This 1st riverside home can sleep 10-11 guest. Then take the decked walkway to the 2nd house.

~ Lil' Bit of Haven~
A private One Bed; One Bath house also newly updated, equipped with it's own kitchen, bar, living room and private outdoor waterfront dining patio! In the living room is a futon bed with a beautiful view of the river. The second cozy home can sleep 2-3 guests.

The property is beautiful and on an expansive lot where everyone can spread out, play some horseshoes (included), and big enough for other outdoor games and enjoy the water of Lake Dunlap . We have a great fishing pier and a fun Swim beach area for young swimmers or Just lounging in the sun Kayakers and fishermen as well as families just playing in the water are all enjoying this lake life. The two homes share a separate Laundry Room.

Guest access
Guests have access to the two Houses, as well as the entire property with private river access to themselves.

Please Note:
* No more than four vehicles (small-mid sized) at anytime. There is NO Street Parking, we cannot block the cul-de-sac street, there is a $250 fine.

* At this time we don't offer any watercraft (kayak, paddle boards, tubes, etc.) however, there are local rental companies.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Family vacation

It was great the perfect amount of space for our family the dam was broken so we didnt get to enjoy a lake but we got a nice river i would stay here again!

EXCELLENT HOME

This home is everything as described and much much more!!! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a family vacation!! The main house was large enough to fit 9 adults and 1 child comfortably as the home was very spacious inside and out! Can't say enough about the smaller home, it was just as nice as the main house with a bit more privacy! HUGE plus was the walk in shower for those that had difficulty stepping over a tub to shower!!! I give this house 10 stars and would definitely stay again!

A dream family vacation with two houses!!

Had such a wonderful time at this river house. Went on a family vacation with my family, my sisters family and my parents. My sisters family and mine stayed in the big house and our parents stayed in the little house. Having the two houses was an absolute dream. My parents were able to wake up early and go sit on the pier and enjoy the wildlife while the rest of us slept in a bit. We have kayaks and paddle boards delivered to the house and we went up and down the river and by far we were staying at the best location. Right across from the pier is solid wood where you look out at deer and birds and all kinds of wildlife. The entrance into the water was smooth and easy. There is a huge outside area that is fenced in and allows the family to spread out. House was clean and full of amenities. They thought of every detail to make sure your trip was amazing. I way overpacked thinking I would need all the little things but all the little things are there. Plenty of towels and blankets accessible. Cannot say enough about this place. We will definitely be back!!! Thankful for the easy communication with the owners and for their vision of a perfect vacation.
