Enjoy your stay in Big Bear at the Tinker bell Chalet! located in the Peter Pan neighborhood in the Northshore area, a cozy, rustic cabin retreat with a large fenced backyard to enjoy the outdoors, star gaze and breathe fresh air with all that Big Bear has to offer: 5 to 10 minutes to ski slopes, 1 minute to national forest, with awesome hiking/biking/jeep trails, 2 minutes from lake, 5 minutes shopping, 10 minutes from Big Bear Village.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes, place trash cans out on curb if checking out on Sunday Sunday. Place towels and used linen in bathtub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking on street, 2 car maximum, no parties, no loud music, turn off all lights and lock all 3 doors when not in cabin, turn off propane tanks
turn off fireplace gas lighter when not in cabin or going to sleep, no candle lighting. do not leave trash anywhere DO NOT BURN wood in fireplace
in winter months, VERY IMPORTANT please set thermostats to "HEAT" setting and set at 55 when checking out. this will prevent pipes from freezing.

Do recommend!

Me and family had a wonderful stay in big bear city the property was nice and clean perfect relaxation place. It’s was also not too far from main town. Neighbors were welcoming as well we also enjoyed seeing little tinker bell things hidden around the property.
