Experience relaxation and comfort in Pacifico L1108! This beautiful 1-bedroom condo, perfectly situated on the second floor with a large terrace offering serene pool views. Building L11 is set just inside the main gates of PACIFICO, putting you just steps from the pools, on-site poolside bar and both the vehicle and pedestrian gate access to the main street in Playas del Coco.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

Guests have private access to the condo. The community amenities are shared with other guests.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area boasts ample natural light, with sliding doors that connect you to the terrace. The inviting living room includes a Smart TV and a sofa that converts into a double bed, making it perfect for extra guests. Your primary bedroom provides a luxurious king-sized bed and plenty of storage with a dresser and walk-in closet. The spacious bathroom offers convenient jack-and-jill access from both the bedroom and living area. With central air conditioning and high-speed internet, you’ll have all the comforts of home in this stylish retreat, just steps from the community’s main gate for easy access to nearby amenities.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

Guests have complimentary access to our team of Vacation Specialists to help design your stay. Once booked, you'll be assigned a personal vacation planner who can help with airport transfers, car rentals, golf cart rentals, guided tours or self-drive activities, discounted boat trips, in-property services and more!

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB

The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.

The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.

Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.

The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.

Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance.
* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.
* Admission fees, food and beverage credits, operating hours, and policies are established by the PACIFICO Beach Club and are subject to change without notice.

STAIR ACCESS

Please note that the second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators in the residential buildings. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.

PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX
Guests have access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch at the PACIFICO Sports Complex. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Guests must bring their own equipment as it is not provided or available for rent.
