Perfect home for our 4-person needs. Beds are very comfortable. The house has plenty of space for us. Colin is kind and responsive. We appreciate the quieter location, though it is still accessible to the stores with a short drive. We stayed here the year before, came back this year, and will likely stay here again next year.

Richard and his family were wonderful guests over the Christmas holiday. They were patient, understanding, respectful of the home, and easy to communicate with. They left the place tidy and well cared for, and we would happily host them again. Highly recommended!. Their dog was great too.

Perfect Country Setting!

This is an amazing property. A little out of the way, but so worth it. Quiet, except for the occasional train. Peaceful by a farm. Cows, egrets, ibis, and sandhill cranes will visit. Lots of room to spread out. We hosted a family brunch after a wedding. Perfect setting. Plenty of seating. Colin was a kind, gracious, and helpful host. Quick to respond to any questions. Clean and well kept house.

Lakeland Sun 'n' Fun Airshow Trip

Our group consisted of six pilots flying in for the Sun 'n' Fun Airshow display. The property is about a 25 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Lakeland Airport and fit the group's needs perfectly. Our host, Colin was great! Plenty of communications prior to the trip (directions, door access code, internet password etc.) The property was lovely. A quiet, picturesque location with everything we needed. Minor problems were addressed immediately by the host. We can definitely recommend this home and hope to return for next year's airshow. Thank you Colin!
