Beach and Pool Views! Newly Listed Villa on Harbor Island

Please note, while this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator.

Renters must be 25 or older to rent our villa.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Pets are subject to approval and a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Max of 2 pets allowed.

** Please note there is enough parking for 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned**
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.

Cute condo with great view. They have everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach and I'm the condo. This was our second stay in this condo and we loved our stay both times

Good but could be better

Condo was as described, nicely stocked and conveniently located. Furnishing were nice and there were extra linens and beach towels. We were disappointed in the beach area, which was on the sound side so there was little breeze and the shallow water was hot. We spent most of our time at the state park which is a short drive away. Obviously this has nothing to do with the unit but future renters might want to know.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and the condo was almost perfect. My only issue is when we would come in for the evening to settle in for bed, none of the remotes to the tv worked well. Also the ceiling fan remote in the living room would not turn on higher. When we got there is was so hot in the condo and we couldn’t turn the fan up any higher and wasn’t allowed to turn the air down. We had to go out & purchase a box fan. That truly is my only complaint. Other than that one little issue we had an amazing trip and I will definitely come back again. Thank you for an amazing vacation.
