Welcome to our 1 bedroom apartment with a small living area, and a kitchen fully equipped for longer stays with a stove, microwave full-size refrigerator a sitting hightop, and a coffee station. One TV in the bedroom and another one in the living room, Wi-Fi Access included, and a small desk in case you are in the area for work, conveniently located 5 minutes from Delaware state, no sales tax, 15 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport, 30 minutes from Philadelphia City Hall, 15 Minutes from Wilmington City, DE. you can access I-95 within minutes and even cross to New Jersey, I have always loved how this location is so accessible to all this and still close to Media, Kennet Square, Glenn Mills, and West Chester where you can find all kinds of high-end restaurants and there are small bars like Duffers down the street and Delicious Dinners and Mexican food nearby and you can order online or with any app to be delivered at your door.
No one will access the property during your stay, you can lock yourself inside. the apartment is located right in a very busy intersection, it can get a little noisy during the day if you have the windows open, please be careful pulling out of the driveway.

Nice and comfortable stay

The place was as advertised and was perfect for our weekend. We were in town for a wedding nearby and the location out us about 10 minutes from the wedding venue and also to the hotels where others were staying. Only complaint is that it is close to railroad tracks and a road so bring a white noise machine to drown out the sounds at night.

property, but we are only 5 minutes away.

Why they chose this property

This is the apartment my husband lived in when I came to this country. It is very tiny, but we always made it work. It took me little time to realize I loved the property for many reasons and it was the first property we purchased years later. My husband wasn't sure but he always supports my ideas.
So we ended up buying the property and we love it. This property means a lot to me because it’s always going to be the first place we started our lives together. There have been many challenges but will forever be our first property.

What makes this property unique

I think the benefit of this property is the location. Close to the Delaware State Line, 25 minutes from Philadelphia, and 15 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport. It’s also close to the Commodore Barry Bridge to cross to New Jersey.
