Seagrove Sunset 1107-Gulf Front View-Sleeps 6
This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that we just completed a full unit renovation in this beautiful beachfront condo! It's just a short walk down a tropical bridge to dip your toes in the emerald-green waters. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom, walk-in shower in the master bathroom, twins in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. There is also a full kitchen! This space is the perfect family getaway.
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Community/Property and Vacation Rental Unit:
Onsite amenities include: an outdoor heated pool that is open 9AM – 10PM 2 charcoal grills for our owner and guest use A fitness room with available from 6AM – 10PM Beach Service available 8am – 5pm – March through October for daily and weekly rentals
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental has a Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
Guest is granted one parking pass per unit. To get your parking pass, you'll need to go the HOA office on the first floor. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. On-site parking is available for your convenience. Please note that effective June 1, 2026, the resort charges a parking fee of $35 + tax. This fee is paid directly to the resort via a secure link that will be shared with you prior to arrival.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Place is in the perfect location, was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and the view is amazing! Highly recommend staying here and this time of year!
4 o’clock checkin was needless. It was raining. 4 or 5couples were unloading and waiting for doors to unlock at 4pm. It appeared that all rooms were ready for occupancy so they could have been opened earlier.
A perfect, simple place in the perfect location on 30A. My husband and our two girls went for a quick trip right after the new year. It was cool and quiet and we really had the best trip. We loved the views and the listing was described perfectly. There was plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the beach entrance and the balcony the most! We hope to stay again in the future.
We had a great stay with our family. Property was clean and well appointed. Communication was great. Easy beach and pool access and close to everything. Thanks for having us! Our kids loved the twin beds!

Nice beach location in large building with only 1 elevator
The condo is wonderful if staying on the beach is important to you. The unit has been renovated and the kitchen and bathrooms are new, clean and comfortable. Master bedroom bed was very comfy! Can't beat the amazing view of the ocean as well, no matter what the weather!
The cons are: 1 working elevator for the entire building that was not disclosed by the property manager. We stayed over fall break when the building was at full capacity and that meant at times waiting 10-20 minutes for the elevator. Considering the unit is on the 11th floor, taking the stairs not really an option. I asked for a small credit based on the inconvenience of this and the non-disclosure of the situation and the property manager did not answer me.
The other con is the beach seating situation. The 6AM race each day for a beach spot on the water is a bit much! People were out there with headlamps in the dark each morning, putting their stuff up and then leaving for several hours to "save" their spot on the beach. There is a private beach next to the 1 SeaGrove building beach that is guarded by a security person. The beach we had access to was packed the private beach, wide open.
