Welcome to "Serenity Shores"! Brand new pool !!! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home accommodates up to 10 guests. Enjoy gorgeous gulf views from either the spacious, sunny balcony, or the screened in, covered porch, whichever you prefer! If you'd like to step onto the stunning beach, just take a quick walk across the street to access the sand and water. Here, the whole group can enjoy a gorgeous beach day, sun-tanning, building sand castles, or swimming in the turquoise waters. Adults and children alike will love spending time together on the pristine, uncrowded beaches of Fort Morgan. Enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from the beach, or from your beautiful beach house! This home also includes an outdoor shower with the convenience of providing hot water as needed!

Once the sun runs out for the day, guests will enjoy luxuriously cozy accommodations inside of Serenity Shores. The open-floor plan living space offers a comfortable couch and chairs, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The master bedroom offers a King bed, a private bathroom, and a cozy den area with a couch and TV. The second bedroom contains both a queen bed and a bunk bed, along with two TV's. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which offers two more bunk beds. Serenity Shores' accommodations are sure to provide the rest you'll need after a day full of sun in Fort Morgan, so that you can do it all over again the next day! Perfect Beach Getaway

Serenity Shores was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing getaway with my 2 kids and 2 dogs. With the wonderful pool in the backyard and a short half block walk to the ocean, the kids were always occupied and happy. The house was just as pictured, clean, well stocked and plenty of room. The two decks gave us great outdoor space to watch over the pool or enjoy the breeze off the ocean. It was a very quiet neighborhood and close enough to town if we needed supplies.

We actually didn’t get to stay at this location due to the home have water damage. But Pickett Properties was able to find a different place to stay.

We loved the home!!! My daughter and son in law took master and they loved it! We took next bedroom and if it fine. I'm am not a good sleeper so I slept more on den couch! Haha. The two grands each had a double bunk and loved it. Thank you so much for your generous settlement on the heated pool. Loved it for a couple of days was really all we were able to use it. The distance to ocean was perfect. Thank you again!!!

Great stay in Fort Morgan

The house was as portrayed online. We especially enjoyed the pool in the backyard. Access to the beach was fairly easy. There was an unusual infestation of jelly fish when we were there. The air conditioner broke down on our last day. Prickett sent a tech but he was unable to remedy the problem and had to call an HVAC specialist. Unfortunately, it took a couple hours plus for him to arrive and the temperature in the house climbed to 86 degrees. He was able to restore the AC to operating order.
