This home is perfect for your beach getaway! Located just minutes from the harbor in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this home has it all- even gated beach access. You can be on the beach with your family in under 5 minutes walking. This newly updated home features three bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a family room & living room, and two driveways. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook up a quick meal, and there are a few family games and toys in the closet.

This light and bright home is well equipped for your stay. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and large bathroom featuring tub, shower, double vanity and walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a double bed and small dresser, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both of these rooms have large window seats with storage inside. *Please supervise children as they could hurt their fingers on these storage doors*
The front family room is the perfect place to watch a movie, play a game, or just relax with your family, while the back living room offers another place to gather together. There are a few games in the front closet, and beach towels, sand toys, 2 beach chairs and a wagon are also available for you to use in the garage.

This is a great place to stay. The private beach access right across the street is the icing on the cake! The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had the basics to cook with. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful property in private residential area with close access to stores. Amazing and easy access to the beach. Our family stays at the coast often and has been in many VRBO’s claiming “easy access”. This one is top notch, I wish I could add my video. House was clean with great modern aesthetic. Spacious and very comfortable beds. It’s also a VRBO that comes with a reasonable amount of checkout requests for check-out time. Would love to visit this lovely home again!

Gorgeous home!

Check in was very easy. The host was responsive and helpful. The beach access was close and the beach was very quiet. We had fun searching for rocks and driftwood. It was a great location for visiting the redwoods. The beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked great. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. We had a great time and would come again.

Brookings-Harbor Oregon vacation

We stayed for 5 nights at this Harbor OR home 3/31-4/5. It was very clean and super comfortable. The host was very nice, easy to communicate with, and responsive via the app. We visited Redwood National forest and Harris state beach. We enjoyed hiking local trails amd exploring tide pools along the beaches. Everyone enjoyed the day trips and comfort of the home. The beach access was great. We would recommend this rental.

Great house, near a beautiful private beach

We loved our stay here! The house was comfortable and clean with plenty of room, and there's a peekaboo view of the ocean from the dining area and the back deck. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking equipment, and there was a great selection of games and puzzles in one of the closets. The private beach was only a few minutes walk away and great for rockhounding. The host was easy to communicate with. And the house is in great location for exploring the southern Oregon coast and visiting the coastal redwoods. Highly recommend!

A week of fun

We loved our stay in this home. The host was very easy to communicate with and were very helpful. The house is clean and well stocked with what you will need. The beds are comfortable and the linens are good quality. The private beach access was for sure the highlight of the house. It's an easy stroll down to the beach and it's beautiful. It's a short drive to the redwoods and many other truly beautiful sites. It's a great location. We appreciate being able to stay in your beautiful home. Thanks.

Thoughtfully designed AirB&B. Absolutely wonderful!

This home was clean, and comfortable. A perfect AirB&B. Everything is just as described in posting. I would recommend without hesitation! The host had everything needed easily accessible and in good repair. Communication was clear and easy. The house is charming… Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, etc. The common areas are bright and sunny looking out to a lovely little yard, or into the charming quiet neighborhood. There are three bedrooms. The master has a king bed and private bathroom. Then there are two bedrooms in the hall that share a bathroom. All beds were comfortable and had nice linens. Bathrooms were supplied with fresh smelling towels and basic supplies. Just across the street is access to the private beach and beautiful walking and tide pools. The garage is open for use and doors work well.

I have lived in Oregon most of my life and enjoy traveling with my husband and three daughters whenever we have the chance. I've been hosting for 5 years, and love giving other families & friends a comfortable, inviting place to connect with one another, relax, and enjoy their surroundings. My hope is that everyone I host feels at home here. When we're not traveling, we're probably at a basketball, volleyball, or soccer tournament, or hanging out with our dog, Tucker, and two cats, Olive and Bob.

Why they chose this property

My husband & I each grew up vacationing in Brookings with our parents, and now we are able to share our love of the area with our own children, and you. The beach access really makes this home stand out. It is so nice to head down to the beach at a moment's notice- it is quite literally a 3 minute walk from the house. The home is also a quick drive from the harbor and the main downtown area, so that no matter what brings you to Brookings this home is the perfect place to stay.

What makes this property unique

The two driveways at this home allow plenty of room for several vehicles, and a boat- my husband enjoys crabbing & fishing at the Oregon coast and taking the boat is a must whenever we go! Also, right across the street is gated beach access, only for residents of this neighborhood. It's so close & convenient that running back to the house to use the bathroom, or grab a forgotten item, is no problem at all!
