This beautiful, 3 Bedroom home is modern, spacious and comfortable with new amenities inside and out.
Relax and enjoy the bright, panoramic-like views from the living room as the home has glass sliding doors and windows facing the water-front.

Inside, the kitchen is chock full of appliances, NEW pots/pans and everything you will need for a great cooking experience!
Beds are all pretty much new, comfy with all new bedding and tastefully decorated.
4 beds + sleeper sofa

Outside, the backyard faces east which is great for some shade in the late afternoons. Semi-private backyard with 4 comfortable lounge chairs plus a patio set with umbrella and 4 cushioned chairs.

37 feet of dock space on a step-down dock, water/electric, fish table, bait freezer and outdoor lighting.

The location is in desirable Key Colony Beach and a reservation includes free membership to the CABANA CLUB, a private pool club with an ocean-front beach and much more!

Notes about Trash & Recycle
*Bins cannot go to the street before 12noon on the day Prior to pickup
*Bins must be brought back to bin holder on the same day as pickup
Trash & recycle pickup is Tuesday - early morning
Trash only pickup is Saturday - early morning
The town will give a $50 fine for violations
1 Trailer of any kind is allowed on this property and must be set back off the street at least 8 feet

Very nice location. The property was ok. It is in need of some love but it is clear that the new owners are working on improvements. The dock and fishing access on the canal was just what my adult children were looking for. Key colony a lovely area and very centrally located.

This was a great property. Key Colony is awesome. We went to the Cabana Club a couple of times during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, the area was nice. The outdoor spaces wonderful! We would totally stay here again! We walked down to Sunset Park one night and got some great sunset photos!

It was a great location, centrally located and lots to do in the immediate area as well: beaches, restaurants, outings to the parks and turtle hospital. Key west is only a little more over a hour away, so a great day trip as well. And we visted the Dry Tortuga Park: also awesome!

Pleasant get away for the family

We picked this property due to the nice patio and its convenient walking distance to both Sunset Beach and the Cabana Club. It met our expectations and would recommend it for a quiet family get away.

Family Vacation

Nice residence, cozy for family of 7 adults. Patio deck, dock and waterfront very nice for relaxing, sunbathing, outdoor meals etcetera. Patio furniture and lounge chairs very comfy with newer Weber grill. We loved the Cabana Club!!! Only thing missing were bikes available at residence to travel around. We love Key Colony Beach and will be back again!

This property was better than advertised. A nice quiet street within a great community. We saw manatees and sharks swimming in the canal. The property manager was excellent and the check in process was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

A little Slice of Heaven

This property is so nice. There was plenty of room for all four of us and the kitchen was great. Four great chairs to lounge on by canal and four very comfortable chairs with an umbrella. We love going to the Cabana Club, as we have been renting in Key Colony beach since 2021. Thank you for letting us use your property!

Great Stay

We came to fish. The MM54 launch is so convenient. Easy access from the dock to wherever you want to fish. The house is just as pictured. Which is great. Kitchen is well stocked. (A 9 x 13 pan of some sort and a cookie sheet would be a great addition.) The outdoor area is nice and it is so peaceful at night. Thank you so much for having us.

Great location

Great location. Great dock, good kitchen appliances.We had a great time here. Home setup was a little different but ok. I wish the communication was better. We asked to get an extra day aand were told ok. We added a day to our boat rental with another company. We get there and the day our boat wa to arrive, there are dock workers there. No notice, no communication. We dealt with it. I had to ask workers to remove metal shavings from the dock. Next 6 days were wonderful. The day before we left, bait and bucket showed up in the bait freezer. Mind you, we are responsible for the property and the bait freezer. I was concerned and messaged the owner about others being on property. Reply was, we will do better next time, owners are staying tomorrow and asked me to drop chum. We are reasonable people. If we were told about either or both of 1st and last day people on property we were responsible for, we would have definitely accepted. No communication is very unprofessional. On top of that, the drop ceiling is caving in and has holes all over. Electrical outlets rarely work and some have burn marks. Master bed is remarkable but other beds are barely usable and have broken boards supported by cinder blocks. For this price, updating is needed

We are glad you had a nice stay but sorry about the miscommunication on the dock work. The work was scheduled months in advance and became an issue when you added the 1 extra night only 2 days before your arrival. I should have contacted you . We addressed the 2nd bed in the guest bedroom and will look into everything in the house. People have very much enjoyed this home and we want the best possible experience for our guests. We will continue to add improvements and upgrades several times per year and just an fyi, a new composite dock was installed last week.
