We really enjoyed this beautiful home! The boat lift and location were perfect ,near the Vaca Cut! The house was nicely stocked and all in good working order! We especially enjoyed the pool and beautiful landscaping! The ice machine and bait freezer were a big plus! Communication was excellent!

Spring Getaway

This is a beautiful home in Key Colony Beach that has just about anything you could ask for. An ocean view from the front porch and a beautifully landscaped, private oasis in the back. It was a wonderful week for us and communication with the owner / manager was great!

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing time! The house was great and super clean the pictures don't do it justice. The pool was great and the kids caught fish right from the dock. Communication from start to finish was seamless. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Relaxing by the Pool

We enjoyed our stay in Key Colony Beach. The home was very spacious and the pool and grounds were beautiful. The central location of the home made it easy for us to take a day trip the Key West and there were many activities such as snorkeling and Fishing available close by.

KCB treat

A very nice well appointed KCB home across the street from the ocean with a great view. Beautiful landscaping and upkeep.House is spacious and comfortable.Pool was very nice with a lot of room to relax. Kitchen is ideal for family meals and foodies.Our host was exceptionally responsive and pleasant.Best thing: no surprises or disappointments.

We truly enjoyed our stay. John was a great host and very responsive. We have been renting for 5+ years in KCB and this by far was the cleanest house we have rented. The property is beautiful and enjoyed the natural wildlife that made daily visits. The views from the front porch of the ocean and sunset were spectacular. Definitely would stay here again.

Keys at its best......

Wonderful stay with family. House was lovely and had everything we needed and more. Boating access was great- fished everyday. Loved the location - hadnt stayed on Key Colony before - It is now my favorite. Pool area is beautiful . House was immaculate - John was very responsive through the entire rental process. We will definitely be renting this home again without hesitation.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Our entire family fell in love with this home during our stay! The house was so comfortable and made a fabulous home away from home - plus the location couldn't have been better! Everything we needed was provided, and then some! The pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us, and there was so much to do within the neighborhood. John did a wonderful job of answering all of our questions in advance of the trip, and he was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any messages during our visit. We hope to visit again soon!

A perfect vacation spot

This lovely home had everything we could have ever wanted in a vacation home. A large open floor plan through the mail living area made sharing meals and laughter so effortless! We also enjoyed the screened porch and of course the pool and hot tub were an amazing bonus. We did a lot of fishing and snorkeling so the boat dock was a huge plus for us. We did have one day with rain and wind so the ping pong table was a welcome change to our activities. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Of course the master suite was nothing less than grand. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. It truly is a perfect spot! Thank you!!

Perfect vacation home

We absolutely loved this house. We loved the location, and everything about it. The house was everything we could have hoped for and more. We brought our boat with us and was Perfect location in the back of the canal. It was easy to get out into the Atlantic to deep fish and out into the gulf for more inshore fishing. It had everything you could need and more. Owner was great and easy to deal with. The only problem we had was heating of the pool. We were there in Nov and wanted to swim at night and heater broke and had to be fixed. However we were there for 10 days and it was only problematic for a few days out of the time. Owner had it fixed in a timely manner and helped when needed. We still absolutely loved our stay. Even the housekeeping crew does a good job and house was nice and clean. Loved the beautiful neighborhood and everything key colony offered. Bike rides down to Sunset park or even walking was super close. Would love to stay at this beautiful house again. Oh and we loved the master bathroom, it's the perfect dream bathroom!!

Wonderful 2 week stay

The property was wonderful! We stayed two weeks so felt like we really got to know the space. John was a great host and very responsive. It felt like a resort in the backyard. The pictures don’t do it justice- plenty of space and the pool area also has a covered patio area with comfortable furniture for hanging out. Dock is good for about a 30-32’ boat. Master suite is huge and very nice. Big plus having a king bed in both the master and guest room. House was very clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. Driveway is a pull through semi-circle which is also where the boat trailer goes- a little tricky to back it in there but doable. We did a lot of fishing and the location on the canal was perfect- very nice to be so close to vaca cut. Ice maker in garage is smaller - perfect for drinks by the pool but not for large coolers/fishing daily. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great! The pool was wonderful and refreshing in the evenings, it’s mostly shaded so the sun wasn’t beating/making the pool hot. The kids loved the ping pong table!

Great Times!

We had a great time while staying in this wonderful home. this home was perfect for the family and our boats. Have been coming for over 30 years, one the best places we have stayed in. this home had everything we need and more, would definitely stay again. We would have wish the weather would have been a little better. John the home own was easy to reach and got back to us very quickly if we had any questions.

Great house

The house was beautiful and well outfitted, and as 100% advertised! There was a problem with the pool and the owner tried hard to remedy it within a timely manner, and it took longer than he anticipated. I’m not sure what he could have done differently to get it up and running sooner however. The neighborhood beach did not allow swimming(this is a bummer for our kids who are swimmers), but it is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Overall, a great house !
