This prime location is 0.5 miles from Palm Beach, which is located just across 3005 on Las Palmas St (walk on beach access). Drive on beach access is about a mile away at Beach Access Point #16, Sea Shell Beach Pocket Park #3 and Jamaica Beach which is located 3 miles West on 3005. The City of Jamaica Beach also features a nice public park along with a public pool that is family friendly and also has a lap lane (please visit the city website for cost to access the pool as well as the pool hours).
Award-winning Waterman’s Restaurant is a 5-minute stroll, and popular Mario’s Pizza is less than a mile away. Galveston Island State Park is practically in your backyard and is a paradise for birding, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Downtown Galveston is a short 12-mile drive where you'll find a variety of dining options, shopping, live music, The Grand 1894 Opera House, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, and Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier.

Pets: We are dog-friendly! A maximum of 2 dog(s), weighing 20 lbs or less, are welcome. The nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets.
Parking: Driveway parking is available for 4 vehicles. Please do not park in the street or on the grass.
Damage Protection: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a damage protection plan for $59 (non-refundable), if you prefer to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 please send an inquiry and we will be happy to adjust the reservation to accommodate your request.
House Rules:
We look forward to hosting you and your group but we have a few house rules and the must be followed. Please review before you make your reservation.
- Prom groups, disruptive parties, events and open invitation gathers are not allowed at any time. This is not a party house.
- The maximum number of guests is 11.
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to reserve the home and adult guests may not rent the home on behalf of underage guests. The person making the reservation MUST be in attendance for the duration of the reservation.
- Underage drinking, loud music or other disturbances to the neighbors is not permitted.
- No more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. Parking in the grass or on the street is prohibited.
- Our house is non-smoking while inside or on the decks. If you must smoke, please do so on the ground floor and dispose of waste in an outside trash bin.
- Lost keys will incur an additional charge.
- The hot tub is yours to enjoy during your stay. Please remember to shower before getting in to remove sunscreens, oils from skin, sand and salt water. Please do not use swimsuits from the beach unless they are clean, as they hold a lot of sand and can make the hot tub unpleasant. Please turn the temperature down when not in use. Be mindful of unattended children on the deck as the hot tub lid does not lock.
- Garage is private and is not accessible to guests.
- Exterior security cameras are in use on the ground floor.
