Stayed for 3 days. Checkin was smooth, the suite was exactly as expected. The room was clean, smelled good and was equipped with everything needed to be comfortable. Location was great and close to everything. The hotel staff were accommodating and very nice. Checkout was a breeze. I would definitely be staying here again and recommending this place to others. I loved it. Thank you for accommodating me for my stay in Miami.

The suite had plenty of room & it was very clean. It was great having a patio to sit outside drinking coffee in the morning & cocktails in the evening!The location was great! It was walking distance to restaurants, shops & more importantly, to the beach!

This was a great stay. The valet and concierge made everything very easy and there were several great food options near by. The apartment was also very clean and spacious.

This a great place to stay. It's big, beautiful, and has everything you need and more. The decor is lovely and the balcony is a great place to relax. The pool is large and beautiful. It's a great place to swim or soak in the rays. The beach is literally a black away. The location is close to many restaurants and bars. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

Great Location and Price

Chose this property instead of a hotel and couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The location was perfect for my needs and the unit had everything I needed. Tons of space and well appointed. I would stay here again.

Steve was very good responding to messages. The Hotel staff is great, very friendly and accommodating! Good location, but the traffic noise is a little loud. We could not get the TV to work, but you don’t go to Miami to watch TV, but still nice for late night. Face towels would also be nice. Walking distance to a lot of food, beverages and shopping. Beach is 2min walk. We would stay again.

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our stay and the property was nice. Never got the tv to work properly but since we were on the go the whole time it wasn’t much of an issue because we wasn’t there to watch it anyway. I would stay at this property again.

You cannot see the beach from the property, there was alot of construction going on around the beach causing pedestrian detours to get there and access was much farther than a block away and hard to find. I paid in FULL for my stay about 1 MONTH prior to my stay and was charged state and city taxes TWICE! (This was listed as a service charge, but when I looked further it was a doule charge of the same taxes). Since asking Steve, the property manager about this I have been ignored. Therefore I will have to take it up with the proper tax authorities in Miami Beach, State of FL.

The suite does not have a beach view; the listing places the beach a few minutes away on foot, and we are sorry the beach construction made the walk longer during your stay. On the charges, the Florida and Miami Beach taxes were each collected once on your booking; the separate service fee is Vrbo's own booking fee, not a second tax. We are sorry this was not explained more clearly at the time.
