Harpers Ferry Luxury, Spa Bathroom, Movie Room, high-end design and furnishings
You will want to stay...longer. Family stay or Romantic couples retreat. Pictures speak for themselves. Reviews suggest it looks nicer in person (I've used two photographers). Spa master bath/ free-standing huge tub and walk in showers, relaxing patio/deck with Roman shade above, plants, custom furniture and water feature for sound. Movie room with 92" Smart TV. full cable and Netflix, Prime, Sirus XM, and many more. 30+ wineries or breweries within 20 miles. Luxury design and furnishings (West Elm, CB2, Roche Bobois, Bo Concept, etc.) Luxury high end mattress (cool breeze Tempurpedic). Bamboo sheets. Coffee/tea bar. 0.25 mile walk to Washington Street with music, restaurants, wine bar, general store. Hike/bike trails, tubing, etc. Strong WiFi.
Note: if this one is not available for your time needs please see our other property just across the street called "Entire Townhouse | 30+ wineries | luxury design " Hopefully one meets your needs. If your a larger party consider both properties. Literally a hundred feet apart.
Neighborhood See for yourself why Thomas Jefferson called this picturesque landscape ""perhaps one of the most stupendous scenes in nature.". There is always something going on in HF, be it a Civil War re-enactment or filming for upcoming film and documentaries (e.g. The Good Lord Bird on Showtime about John Brown, or Emperor, The Raid at Harpers Ferry 2020.). The Townhouse itself rests in a peaceful neighborhood that like all of Harpers Ferry is diametrical with some houses modern and pristine (like ours) and some old and weathered. It is the same no matter where you go in the 220 year old town. It is a quarter mile walk to Washington Street, the main drag that leads down into the Old Town Harpers Ferry. Washington Street has all the great restaurants, bars and occasional live music at the Anvil and the Barn, all within a quarter mile of the Townhouse. New: walk to the Wine Bar at the General Store on Washington St. with Weekend wine tastings of mostly international wines, also wine for sale. This guy is very knowledgeable about his wines. Walk over the hill behind the neighborhood to find the Potomac at the bottom. Tons of hiking trails just outside the front door to Bolivar Heights, or slightly longer hike to more famous hiking trails like the AT, Loudon Lookout Heights or Maryland Heights. Need a launch pad for visiting wineries and breweries? The TH is central to over 30 wineries and 10 breweries within 25 miles. Please don't drink and drive, you can take an Uber from here.
Fees
Pet Fee (if applicable) - Pets: We may allow pets on conditions. 1) pay the pet fee 2) follow local leash laws (all pets outside of house must be on a leash). 3) bag and pick up pet waste and dispose of in toilets or outside trashcan (but only if in a bag). If you bring a pet, please tell us and say you have a pet on your reservation as our cleaners charge us a $50 fee to use "odor ban" on the entire house and do extra cleaning for any pet hair. If they determine there was a pet they will charge me, and I'll pass the fee along to our guest. We have sensitive non-pet owner guests with allergies so the extra cleaning has to be extra detailed. Hence the fee. 100% of it goes to the cleaning crew. None to me.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great place to stay in Harpers Ferry. Location is very accessible to all the National Park amenities as well as other area attractions. The owner has done a great job outfitting and modernizing this townhome. Very comfortable and well stocked home. Movie room was fun, kitchen had everything you need and beds were comfortable as well.
Perfect cozy stay for a visit to Harper’s Ferry. Comfortable spaces, fully stocked kitchen, and responsive host. Easy to get to/from tourist sites and local eateries. Would definitely stay again!
We loved the quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood with the convenience to Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown. The property was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with well-equipped kitchen, luxury king mattress and master bath, and other upscale amenities.
We visited Harper’s Ferry just for a few days and Paul’s place was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable, close to town, and close to trails. We had a wonderful time! Paul was very responsive and told us everything we needed to know.
Perfect getaway! The place was spotless, and the movie room was our favorite spot. We loved the design of the house and the town has so much charm. Can't wait to come back!
The house is lovely and had several added touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After walking around Harper’s Ferry, relaxing with a movie in the movie room was just what was needed. And the beds were so comfortable.
We were very happy with the condo. It is beautifully decorated. Our favorite part was the theater room. It was great to watch Christmas movies. We enjoyed the festival.
We had a great trip to harpers ferry with family from out of town. This place was extremely comfortable and clean. And the property owner was very responsive. I’d highly recommend.
We had a nice stay at this home. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. There was a little mix up with the check in process, but Paul did great with communicating and things got worked out. The house was close to Harpers Ferry - and we saw a deer as we were getting close to the property, which was nice! If we are ever in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

The mix up was a VRBO issue due to their change in process, which we fixed quickly. I am a very responsive host.
We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was well stocked. We were unable to use the deck because of the rain. Thanks!

We appreciate the kind words. It’s unfortunate you weren’t able to use the deck. Although it’s covered with Roman shades and an awning above that, if the wind blows in rain then it may not be possible to use.
The house was great! It was clean and in the perfect location to hit the downtown area, several hikes, wineries/ breweries and other cute towns.
We had a lot of rain while there, and the little back deck was a perfect little oasis to enjoy our coffee.
We met a few neighbors who were also very nice and helpful with some ideas on what to do in the area.
Paul was super responsive, before and during the trip!

We booked this property for a quick Mother’s Day trip and it was perfect for my family of 4 and two grandparents! The townhouse was clean, beautifully styled, and stocked with everything you need. Dining options were a short drive away and the locals were friendly. The most friendly was the property host who even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. It was such a pleasant experience!
We did a quick girls overnight stay here and the place was beautiful. The decor & amenities were perfect, and we loved the outdoor space. The beds were super comfortable as well. The host was awesome! He provided area guides & house information prior to the stay, and was incredibly responsive at all times. The home is about a 4-5min walk to a cute little restaurant & town, and not even a 5min drive to downtown Harper’s Ferry. There were also 2 great wineries a 15min drive away that we went to. If you have a longer stay, there are a few places to go rafting or tubing, which we plan to do next time. We will definitely stay here again!
The townhome is very nicely furnished and comfortable. The neighborhood is in transition with several building boarded up and under renovation. I suspect it will improve in time. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Harpers Ferry but not close enough to walk. Parking in HF is hard to find is very weak.phone signal makes payment to online payment difficult and parking tickets are very pricey.

Thanks Darby. As we mention in our description of the location its a quarter mile walk to Washington St. Harpers Ferry Old town is one mile to the east on Washington. Very few short term rentals in Old Town and they have to deal with the freight train noise every hour all night. If you were to stay at that end of HF you would likely have to walk to our end of Washington for food and entertainment The best restaurants and The Barn, the Wine Bar, Bank, 7-11, massage, nails, Escape Room, and more are at our end of Washington St. We are also closer to River Riders and the Zip lining. Many of the best hiking trails are just outside our door.
