✔️The first floor has two queen bedrooms and one bath.
✔️Take the flight of stairs up to the main quarters and you’ll find a fully equipped chefs kitchen, a six person designer wood table to dine, and an expansive living area.
✔️Take the next flight of stairs up to the third-floor where you will find a queen bedroom with a bathroom, a king master with an en suite bathroom.
✔️Take some selfie‘s or group photos in front of our Nashville selfie wall!
✔️Enjoy the rooftop feels and views as you make your way to the fourth floor. Here you can enjoy a game of cod hole or ring toss!

The house in general was pretty clean except for the kitchen. There was previous guest food in both the cabinets and refrigerator. Cushions on the couch had holes or torn open. The furniture on the roof was unusable. Cushions missing, holes in the couches so you couldn't even sit on them and that was one of the reasons we rented this home was for the rooftop. Washers and dryers had clothes in them they were never cleaned out previously. There was mold in the shower in 2 of the bathrooms. In the main dining area there were long bolts hanging out of the wall like something was attached there at 1 time but was no longer there. Overall the house was just not well kept.

Excellent property!!

The 4 bedroom VRBO is one of four units and it was perfect! This separate unit has 2 BR down with shared bathroom and 2 BR upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Check in/check out process was very easy. Quick Uber ride to Broadway.

Everything was great. There was just some minor things like the cleaners didn’t finish the load of laundry or unload the dishwasher but overall it was good
