Unwind in the private hot tub under the stars, warm up by the gas fireplace, or cruise the bike paths with the 2 provided adult bikes. Enjoy nature, relax in style, and make unforgettable memories just minutes from Sunriver fun. Book your getaway today—comfort, charm, and convenience await!

The open-concept layout features vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. The living, dining and kitchen areas are combined to keep everyone close together. In the living room, enjoy features such as a gas fireplace, Smart TV and, a DVD player. The kitchen and dining room connection makes meal time a snap, and you'll be able to whip up your family's favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Or enjoy dining al fresco on the back deck with views of the golf course.

Bedroom 1 is a king ensuite bedroom with cable tv and a private bathroom with sunken tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-sized beds and share a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The attached garage houses a ping pong table for fun-filled competitions.

**This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
