Amazing property, with an amazing property manager! We had three families vacationing together, with surly teens, and sharing a single house could have been a mistake. The house and property met every hope and expectation, and truly made the whole trip. Thank you!

You will love this place! Everything was clean, organized, quiet, well maintained, entry was super easy and the views are amazing. You can literally just arrive with your clothes (and some food). This place has everything you need from bathroom amenities, kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, pool toys, water activities, fishing gear, board games for those rainy afternoons in Florida and a dog washing station. Honestly, it’s like an all inclusive resort. You never have to leave the property. There is something for everyone in your party. Al is also an excellent communicator!

This place was awesome. They supply you with everything you could possible need. Tight fit turning into the driveway, but we managed. We brought our 25 ft. boat and kept it at the property's dock which was very convenient. During the rainy times we played board games (there were literally so many to choose from), played ping pong or watched movies. The kids had a great time at the pool. We saw manatees, stingrays and fished right off the dock. Many water toys to enjoy, too. Never a dull moment. It was nice that there was a Publix grocery store nearby. Our contact, Al was great, as he was very helful and quick to respond to any questions that we had asked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

The property was amazing, the views were gorgeous, fun things for everyone to do. We were a large group and we never felt we were on top of each other. We were able to get the grandkids off their phones for a lot of fun outdoor activities. At night there were plenty of games for all ages and plenty of video games for the teens. The house was stocked with everything, plenty of towels, life vest, kayaks, coffee, tea, napkins, etc. Highly recommend.

The property was exceptionally well stocked and clean. They had everything you needed. One of us forgot a toothbrush, they had that stocked, someone else forgot a hair dryer but there’s one in every bathroom. They also gave a generous gift basket and a baby basket (children’s Motrin, grooming kit, etc). The kids had a blast with the treasure hunt in the rooms as well! Thank you!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We stayed here with my family of 11 people, all ages and we were so happy with the house! The view and location were amazing. The amenities are unlike any other rental property we have stayed at. The communication with the host was so fast and timely, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Florida Vacation

This house is amazing. The amenities are unlike any house we’ve stayed at. The house is large with a great layout for large families and located in a safe quiet area. Communication with the property manager was quick. Our family of 11 were all happy with the stay.

Incredible Rental

This property went above and beyond my family’s expectations. It was a perfect house for everyone including 3 small children. Everything was taken care of and the check in/check out process was seamless. Dream Vacation

This home was absolute perfection! Our family had the best vacation in this idyllic spot! We were devastated to leave and are desperate to return! Everyone had their own space, plenty of activities in and out of the home, private boat and jet ski deliveries available, responsive and helpful property management team, thoroughly cleaned, thoughtful supplies, overall dream house on the water.
