Our family of 17 totally enjoyed our stay at As Good As It Gets. We were pleasantly surprised that it was fully stocked with anything you could use. The chance to use both sides for swimming and playing was awesome! It had plenty of toys and activities for all ages. Our teenage grandsons loved the lookout space. One of the best places!

The amenities were incredible - it was decked out with everything you could want and more. It was great to have both the ocean and the river in which to play. The host was very helpful and responsive. Having the checkout be “relax” and nothing more was a special bonus.

Absolutely amazing, perfect 5 ! We were blown away by how well stocked and thoughtful every detail of the house was. The location was perfect, beds were comfy and it was well decorated. We also loved that the owner left a basket and card for my husband’s birthday. This place was above and beyond our expectations. Can’t wait to visit again!

Annual FL Family Trip

We love this quiet, beautiful location. We’ve been coming here as a family for 8 years & now have a grandchild who joined us too. The house is great, the beach is great, the amenities at the Indian River were also great.

The house was great. We particularly appreciated how well stocked the house was. It had everything you could want for time at the beach. Having all the basics stocked in the kitchen was appreciated too.

The views were amazing and the house was so pretty and had everything we needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Gave us great recommendations for food around the area. Best part, on the day you leave you pack and relax. There is no check list of items to take care of prior to check out. They take care of everything!
