Stocked to the rafters. We needed sandwich bags….yes, they had them. Couple of tool kits that came in handy. Plenty of towels…..plenty of everything. Not sure there was anything that we needed that they did not have…..in abundance. Check in and especially the checkout were painless. Next time we come to Florida, I’ll look for BHIP properties to book. On a scale of 0-10, it was an 11.

The home was excellently equipped and perfect for a large family. We loved having access to the beach and river for activities. We stayed during a cooler weekend and loved that we had plenty to do even without swimming. Our pup had a bed and bowls waiting for her and we loved the gates on the porch to keep her safe while she enjoyed the outdoors

As far as our beach houses go, Gemini Beach is on the smaller side, insofar as the house itself is concerned. But on the outside, it's the opposite: With 100 feet on the ocean and another 100 feet on the river, it's one of our largest overall properties. (And plenty of parking, too) We'll see you next year!

Amazing Beach Home!

This was our second stay at Gemini Beach and it was another great family vacation. There is so much to do for the entire family and the house is well stocked with daily essentials.

Christmas 2024 at the Beach!

Loved the location, plenty of room for my entire growing family! Home was well stocked with supplies and beach toys. Loved the Sandy beach on the bay and firepit.

Perfect home for a family vacation

Our entire family, ages 13 through 78 had an incredible vacation! The home is exactly as pictured and the description was spot on. The amenities at the house provide hours of entertainment and the location is perfect with a beach and river side. Al, our host, was great and we really appreciated the special touch to help celebrate our parents 56th anniversary. We’ve stayed at several homes over the years and we will definitely book again with Al.

Family Vacay

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children (one infant) very much enjoyed this property. When they say it is fully stocked, they mean it. We had everything we needed plus surprise treasures and outstanding outdoor equipment. The ocean views were wonderful but the river/beach access with all the amenities was prize-winking for relaxing fun for all ages.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

It is so close to the ocean. We loved having our morning coffee and evening drinks just watching the ocean on the front porch. Saw the dolphins every day. Pool on both sides was amazing! Our guys fished from the dock on the river side every day! Master bedrooms were on the main level which was so good for us seniors. Gemini Beach was so perfect!
