We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the check-in process, guests are responsible for entering their information through the registration link provided before arrival. If this information is not submitted correctly, it may cause delays. After you shared photos showing ants, we arranged for our maintenance team to inspect so we could determine the solution. We understand that you requested an immediate transfer to another home; however, we needed to confirm which alternative properties were ready and available, and have maintenance assess the reported issue before determining the next steps. Unfortunately, you chose to book accommodations elsewhere before our team had the opportunity to complete the inspection and explore possible solutions, including pest control or relocation. the concern reported to us was the presence of ants, and the additional issues mentioned in your review were not brought to our attention at that time.- IHM
