I personally love to vacation and use short term rentals! I pick my homes, locations, and amenities based on what I would like as a guest myself.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood has such am amazing location. There is so much to do in San Diego besides just the beach, this location puts between all the main freeways to get wherever you are wanting to go. Plus had a pool and jacuzzi so you could just enjoy the house itself as well.
