This is a beautiful property that is well maintained, clean, well stocked with everything you need except for your own food and drink. There also was a wonderful welcome gift upon arrival. The owners checked on us periodically to ensure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would stay there again.

This was an absolutely excellent house. It was very clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The host checked in on us to insure everything was going good a couple times. We had one small issue that was addressed immediately which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this host.

This is a clean, quiet, well-designed home that our family enjoyed for a week. Everything has been renovated recently.The three bedrooms on the main floor had comfortable beds and storage for clothes. We've stayed (and cooked) in a lot of vacation rentals and this home's kitchen was better stocked than any other I've seen. We enjoyed the easy-to-use hot tub and the ping pong table in the basement. It was nice to have somewhere to hang out when people were sleeping upstairs. The area west of Traverse City is really nice because it's quick to get downtown but also to Glen Arbor or Lake Ann, while being more secluded to enjoy the beauty of the area. I highly recommend this home for families.

Home was great- very clean- appeared brand new. Game room was lots of fun; hot tub was relaxing. Description lists that the home is walkable to lake which is a bit misleading because the home is situated on a main road.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! VRBO adds details like "walkable to the lake" since the home is right across from Dyer Lake. Conveniently, we do own the house across the street with 376 ft of frontage. We have signs pointing to the part of the frontage we have set aside for this home to access with kayaks and paddleboards.
