Waterfront luxury home in Grapeview. Relax in this quiet escape. The most amazing views in the NW. Sit back at our 10 person fire pit & gaze into the Puget sound or grab a club and practice your putting game on our putting green. This newly remodeled home sits directly on the puget sound. With stairs down to the beach. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge upstairs deck with its on fire pit and table to enjoy dinner and a view. Plenty of room for families looking to create amazing memories.

The minute you walk into the home you will enjoy a full view of the Hartstine Island. Enjoy sitting at our gas fireplace and in our open concept kitchen/living room.

Take a step out onto our deck and sit and relax on outdoor heated area. Take in the sights and sounds of nature. complete with otters, whales, and eagles you won't be disappointed.

Take the outdoor steps down to our lower deck and enjoy relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the views. Our outdoor putting green will keep you busy or enjoy games on the grass.
Grab a glass of wine at night and put some wood on the fire. With 10 Adirondack chairs nestled by palm trees you will feel like you have escaped to paradise.

Take a walk down the stairs to the beach. Bring a paddle board or kayak and explore the sound. If you have a boat tie it up to our buoy out front.

Whether you are here to just sit and read a book or enjoy the sound, there is so much to do and see. Hiking, golfing, and atv trails are nearby! Please take note there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the driveway and deck for security.

Drive way is steep, please wear safe shoes with tred going down and no high heels
If you have mobility issues do not use outdoor stairs as they are very steep

Great home on the water

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards especially experiencing the bioluminescent waters at night.

Peaceful Oasis

We loved our stay at the house. It was the perfect escape from our busy lives at home. The porch was incredibly serene, the kids loved the putting green and we all enjoyed the hot tub each night. The primary bedroom was comfortable and had an amazing view. We really had everything we needed for our stay.

This is a fantastic stay in the Puget Sound

Hands down the best house I've rented in the state, it was so well designed, thoughtfully stocked, comfortable and just cool! Fantastic location on the water, we kayaked, swam, cooked meals on the grill and in the kitchen (the pans and kitchen goods in great shape), relaxed on the deck (great furniture!). The beds were comfortable, all the linens great quality. I would definitely rent this house again.

The house was beautiful! Amazing view. The rooms were clean. Kitchen was stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the hot tub. We didn’t realize there was no AC (our fault for missing it on the listing). But the host was responsive and we opened the windows up which cooled it down nicely.

Perfect Getaway

Amazing property. Every detail was addressed. From the furnishings (beach vibe), to the beautiful linens & cozy towels, to the amazing kitchen that had everything needed to make the stay Five Star. Not to mention the outside patio areas & the fire pit to enjoy those s’mores!! Can’t say enough. My only regret was not staying longer !!!

Brought our family out for a weekend getaway in the water to celebrate my moms 70th birthday! This place did not disappoint. Very clean property, inside and out. Master bedroom was beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Access to the kayaks was perfect to soak up some sun and take in the live music the neighbors put on. Even had a local seal making several appearances in the water. Can't wait for our next visit!
