This is a 2/2 Villa in The Villages fantastic location of the Village of Richmond. It is within walking distance or a 3 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Town Center where there are restaurants, shopping, and nightly music. It is also close to Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center, where you can fish or kayak on Lake Okahumpka (fishing poles are free to rent). Beautiful nature trails are nearby for walking and biking. Golf carts have their own pathways. This Villa has a 2-car garage and comes with a complimentary golf cart. The home comes fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, Keurig Duo (makes a pot or a pod), double sink with garbage disposal, stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, cookware. All linens and towels are provided. Utilities, high space internet, trash, and lawn services are included. Two pools are in this neighborhood, an adult pool for ages 30 and above, and a family pool for all ages.
Two temporary resident IDs are available for a $50. fee for amenities including golf or sport pool use. FREE guest passes are available for amenities including neighborhood and family pools (golf and sports pools are excluded).

Perfect home with perfect location!

The home was beautiful inside and out. The location allowed us to go to other neighbouring areas and we were in awe of everything especially the landscaping everywhere . Every place we visited had its own town centre so we were able to enjoy the feel of the communities. It’s a GREAT place for retirees who want to stay active or just dish up the sun with beautiful scenery.

First VRBO Rental

This was the first time I rented a vacation house, and I had no issues at all from reserving and checking in & out. The hosts were excellent and the communication was great. Beautiful place and location. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. So close to Brownwood square and not far from Everglades rec center. We were on the golf cart every day and also enjoyed the family pool around the corner. Property owners were super nice and helpful. Easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend. Villages paradise

This was our first time visiting the villages and after spending a month here and checking other areas we found this property to be an excellent value and location. Everything was new and comfortable,well stocked with quality beds ,linens,towels and kitchen utensils. The golf cart was included which we found out was a huge bonus. Host was very pleasant and responsive.

Felt very at home there. Nice comfortable couch. Loved the Yamaha Quiet Tech even though we didn't drive it very far. Was nice and quiet. Queen matress was great. King a bit uncomfortable. Overall a great stay, would rent the property again.
