Had a wonderful quick weekend trip here. Great location to the beach, the pool was nice. And it was close to the event we were attending. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds and great space.

The condo was nice but had a few problems. The air conditioning unit sounded like an engine taking off when the fan turned on, the floors were taped down in serveral places which made it uncomfortable to walk on, the living room TV remote didn't work properly and had to watch TV in the bedrooms. The unit was in need of painting and a little TLC. I wouldn't necessarily stay there again.

Our unit was disgustingly dirty when we arrived. Chips on the counter behind the toaster, a slice of cheese sitting on the balcony rail, the floor was gross. The flooring is literally taped down with clear tape around the unit. The washing machine didn't work. There was VERY loud tech music playing somewhere nearby at 10:30pm so our kids couldn't fall asleep. We tried to call the front dest 5x to ask someone to look into it - no one ever answered the line. The "spectacular views" were of a very run down building under construction. The entire unit smelled horribly of large dog. The beach chairs are in horrible shape and the beach chair staff were incredibly rude and vaping on the job with my kids sitting not far from them. Management did try to send someone to fix the washing machine - which was appreciated - but it was too late at that time (after 10:30 at night, our kids were asleep and we needed to go to bed for a very early departure the next day). We asked the management for some form of compensation for such a terrible experience - and they refused. Overall the worst VRBO experience we have ever had.

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of four- very spacious and clean! Beach and pool access was a breeze. The slow elevators were frustrating at times but overall we had a great visit!

We had a great time at our stay. The pool area was so fun and the beach access was great. Love that you can get towel service at both pool and beach. I also felt very safe, there is security in the whole building. Some reviewers experienced long waits in the elevator, we only experienced that one time and we took the stairs, no big deal.

Spring break

Great location, beautiful pool area. Valet parking is mandatory and can take long… elevators are also slow, but good thing is you can take the stairs to the pool from this apartment!

Visited Florida to see my Dad and wanted to treat him to a little getaway close to home and this was perfect! It was so nice to have the beach and pool plus the restaurant on site. The way the condo is set up it is perfect with bedrooms of either side of the living space each with a bathroom. Thank you for the stay!

Great place to stay the pool was amazing. Condo overall good. Only real complaint is the elevators. There’s not enough in the building be prepared to walk stairs unless you want to wait 10 minutes at busy times.

Stayed for 2 nights. As soon as we scoped out the place we found a lot of problems and addresses it with the owner. 1. Washroom faucets and drains were terrible. Facets had the weakest water flow, and the drains took forever to drain like it was clogged. They came to fix the drain issue. Faucets were very loose to handle, they came and tighten it. 2. The unit to cool the unit was very loud, tried to turn it off at night especially but you could not turn it off when owner said it was a possibility. 3. They had washer and dryer. I tried to do a load and found out the washer was broken. All it can do is fill up with water the drain. So I had soaking wet load and had to manually ring out the water from my load and throw it in the dryer as it did work and was spinning when you turn it on. 3. The remotes for the TV did not work when you aim it to the tv. So they came and fixed the sensor and tried to change batteries but couldn’t as they needed a screw driver to open the battery door of the remote. 4. Didn’t know you had to pay 45 usd daily to rent out. Did not see it when I was booking it on VRBO. 5. Shower water pressure was very weak too. I asked if they can compensate us for the inconvenience but didn’t think it was an issue.

Perfect for what we needed

Stayed with husband and my baby. They had a portable crib which was very helpful and some toys. The place was clean and spacious. Can’t complain! The elevators were a bit slow but that’s not the hosts fault. Overall a very nice stay and I would love to come back.

Location Location!

The location of this property is fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need. Communication with the host was difficult at first but the check-in was smooth once at the building. Check-out was long due to a computer issue so I would recommend giving yourself more time than needed. The wait for the elevators can be long but the unit being on the 10th floor is great for pool/gym access on the 9th floor.

Overall was a nice building and room. The elevators were AWFUL. We waited over 20 minutes every time. The pool is overly crowded and you can’t get chairs for over one person. The beach was only allowed two chairs and an umbrella per room, which is not ideal for a family or bigger group. This is not near anything walking distance so it would be best to rent a car or uber everywhere. Overall did not have a great experience.
