Coastal Retro w/ Ocean Peek...Walk to Beach + Pool

*Found in the heart of Carolina Beach central to boardwalk, ocean, and restaurants. Our home is right in the action of Carolina Beach. If noise or being in the heart of a city bothers you this may not be the right fit.*

Located a quarter mile (4 minute walk) to the beach, our fully renovated space is perfect for your next escape offering delights of a comfortable beach stay w/ a retro spin on your vacation. Our 3rd-floor apartment is a true coastal experience, both unique & with your best stay in mind.

You will have access with a smart lock to check-in any time you desire. Free onsite parking is provided with parking hangers as well as a pool key, usable from May to October, dawn to dusk. During your stay we offer you an assortment of coffees, as well as a kettle for tea.

Bathroom is stocked with towels as well as shower (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) essentials. Both the queen bed in the bedroom and twin bed in the sleeping nook have fresh linens and have their own flat screen smart TVs. The living room comes equipped with an projector (no TV) and a retractable projector screen for "movie theater" atmosphere streaming in the living room space. There is no TV in the living room space, just a "movie theater atmosphere" that is attached to a Roku which allows you access to all of your favorite streaming services. Make sure to log out before you leave so nobody watches your favorite shows without you!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave pool key and parking pass(es) in the kitchen counter dish where they were found upon entry. Fee for not returning all for any reason
Please wash all used dishes --------- Thermostat: Please leave the temp at 73 in the summer and 67 in the winter
No need to strip the bedding, we have a specific protocol for removing and washing all bedding (including protective covers, comforter, and decorative pillows - ALL OF IT). We got it all, no worries.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING at the home. No open fire/flame within the home: candles, incense, BBQs, grills, and lighters. Any signs of these will result in $500 fee.
Please do not use the kitchen countertop as a cutting board. We provide them. Fine of the greater of $200 or the cost to replace the counter.
Quiet Hours from 11:00PM to 7:00AM, as per Carolina Beach ordinance. Just be within reason within these hours.

Perfect Girls Weekend

I stayed here with a friend recently, and we loved it! The unit is as cute as the photos depict it. It's a small space, but it's evident that a lot of thought went into making it functional. Lots of design details as well as functionality for all the amenities stocked. Pat, the property manager, was always quick to respond to questions. Location is close to everything Carolina Beach has to offer--walking and parking made easy. I'd recommend this to a couple or small friend group for a weekend getaway.
