Large yard with plenty of space for vehicles and boat trailers. Rental boat also available for additional fee, please message for availability.

This home is located in the heart of wine country, minutes to Short's Brewery, Shanty Creek Golf and Ski Resort, quick drive to Torch Lake, Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Elk Rapids and Lake Michigan Beaches. The Marina is minutes away and allows launching to access Lake Bellaire/Torch Lake/Elk, Intermediate Lake launch is also only mins away.
This location allows you to explore both the Upper and Lower Chain O' Lakes. Though they are not connected, boat launches are within minutes to explore the lower chain.

Perfect for a large group/family

We loved this house! We loved how private it was. We spent the day at the lake with family and evenings playing cornhole in the large backyard. It accomodated all 12 of us very well. The kids loved the kid room and we enjoyed the kitchen space and family room. Host Ashley was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We would definitely book again if the dates are available for next year. So close to downtown bellaire.
