My wife Heather and I are Northern Michigan locals, born and raised in Traverse City. We’ve always loved the Bellaire area and everything it has to offer, so when we found this condo, we knew it was the perfect place to create family memories—and share it with others when we’re not using it.

We chose this spot because it truly has it all—golf, skiing, biking, lakes, and a great social atmosphere just steps away. Whether you’re here to relax or stay active, we think you’ll love it as much as we do.
