It is wonderful to hear that the location made it so easy and fun for your little one to head straight to the pool in the morning. We also sincerely appreciate your candor regarding the areas where we fell short, and we want to address your concerns directly: Pet Hair & Smoke Smell: We enforce a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy for the comfort and safety of all our guests. We are deeply sorry that you found dog hair by the bunk bed and that a bath towel smelled of smoke. This is completely unacceptable. We have already addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure they perform a more rigorous inspection and deep-clean between guests. We will also be replacing that set of linens immediately. Checkout Expectations vs. Cleaning Fee: We completely understand your frustration regarding being asked to sweep despite paying a cleaning fee. The checkout request is intended to prevent pests and keep major messes from setting in before the crew arrives, but we hear you loud and clear. We are currently reviewing our checkout checklist to ensure it feels fair and reasonable for our guests who are already paying a cleaning fee. Thank you again for helping us improve. We are so glad the trailer had everything you needed, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome your family back for an even better, flawless experience in the future.
