My only complaint is that the TV in the bedroom upstairs did not work. We could not get any sound out of it. So we had to go sit on the couch downstairs to watch TV.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first glance this unit looked good. Upon further time passing, the bed was miserably uncomfortable and the toilet was so small, it felt like it was made for a child. I love the complex but will not stay in 306 again.
Response from VrboOwner on 26 Oct 2024
Thank you for the review. We will pass along the notes to ownership to see if this is something they can improve upon. We appreciate the feedback and will make note of your concerns. Please realize each unit is individually owned and each condo is appointed a bit different. You can take a virtual tour through the website before booking. We certainly hope you'd give North Shore Inn another chance. Jamie GM

Great stay

The beach was breathtaking loungers we’re such a perk to have loved not carrying chairs to the beach the water was so warm and Sandy beach was heaven to walk on. The condo was clean nicely decorated and loved the two balconies. The pool was also a great treat. The cons of our stay were the ac didn’t reach the second story master bedroom so it was warm sleeping up there. No blanket for the pull out couch bed and the ducks just would not leave us alone on the beach for a good hour. Overall I would absolutely stay again if were are in town.

Response from VrboOwner on 14 Aug 2023
Ashley, Thank you for the review. I apologize that you didn't see the blanket. There should have been one for the pullout and we do have them in the office. Yes ducks are a hassle. That's why we don't feed them, guest leave and they don't. We certainly hope you will come back and stay with us again. Jamie

North Shore Inn 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleased with the property overall. However, there was a problem with the garbage disposal and a link in the kitchen sink. The property management team was responsive and fixed the garbage disposal, but I was concerned that the unit was not checked out ahead of time to make sure that it was operational.
Response from VrboOwner on 26 Jul 2023
Thank you for taking the time to let us know. We appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. I will admit a garbage disposal is something we could miss on our arrival checks. NOTED

Overall ok

Property is is desperate need of updates and repairs. Mini blinds in all rooms are broken, some are even taped together. There are stains on the ceiling. The location was nice. I felt like for the price it should have looked better though. It was pretty clean for the most part. Probably would not stay here again.
Stayed 4 nights in Oct 2023
Response from VrboOwner on 24 Oct 2023
We are sorry the room was not up to par for you. The owners of the condo are aware of the blinds. Many of the condo's on property have replaced the blinds with newer, modern blinds. We took over as property managers in January and have been nudging improvements to the condo's since. Many of the condo's have been updated and more on scheduled to get some things done. We will soon be offering 3d imaging of the rooms and just so you are aware, each condo is a bit different. We truly hope you decide to give North Shore another look in the future.
