About this property

Dear guests, this is a 2b1b unit in a fourplex building. Longer term price negotiable.
It can be a 6 months minimum furnished rental with a lease without any fees and normal rental screening will be needed as well as rental deposit. The whole unit 1350 dollars per month, please reach out if interested.
You will have 2 bedrooms with total of 2 beds and one full size bathroom, living room, full size kitchen, plus front and back patio with view of woods to relax. The house is 18 mins drive to downtown KC, 10 mins to stadiums, 35 to MCI.
We do have a train track running in our backyard, the train goes by 1-7 times a day please do not book if it will be an issue for you.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Poor staff communication, no hot water for partial stay

It was a mess from the start. Sent us to a different property then booked. Then a week later asked us to pack up and move to the other location. They did allow us to stay after pushing back. Then the property manager kept badgering me about which side of the driveway to park on. After asking her why is mattered which side I park on, she said because guests need that spot. There were no other guests and I was the only guest. She also came and did laundry while we were there. She shut off the hot water heater on 2 occasions leaving us with no hot water for several days and the last 3 days of our stay. She also changed the code to the garage door which was needed to do laundry. Would never recommend this property.
